AT&T Store

The whole team was great. They were professional, polite, and very patient with me. Their energy was positive, even though it was closing time and we were their last customers. If I wasn't with AT&T, I would've joined because of them. THANK YOU!☺️

I would highly recommend the AT&T store at Pentagon City! This was the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had at a cellphone store. Nick and Morgan were amazing. I even ended up getting a home WiFi system I didn’t even go in to get! It was because of the amazing customer service that made me feel comfortable with sending additional money without feeling like I was being duped or purposely being "up sold"! Well done AT&T team!

Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the employee who "helped" me, but he certainly didn’t provide anything resembling service. I came in to activate a new phone, and because the system required my wife’s permission to add me as an authorized user, it couldn’t be completed due to their system not working. In a situation like that, you’d expect at least a basic level of customer care—acknowledgment, respect, or an attempt to find a solution. Instead, I was met with rudeness. The employee dismissively told me to go to another store, without any apology for their system failure or effort to help. I did go to another AT&T store about 3 miles away in Arlington, and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. This location, however, showed zero understanding of customer service basics.

Dominick was super helpful, kind and patient. I had a great experience upgrading my phone. The entire process was super seamless & the shop was a relaxed and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend and def come back if I have any phone troubles next time I'm in the city. Thanks again !

I transferred over from my previous carrier and now I'm really regretting my decision. I have spent about 30-40 hours transferring my 25 lines over because my att rep did not think that was a necessary part of their job. I would highly recommend avoiding the pentagon location unless you want practice being an at&t rep. I feel like every step that was taken was done to minimize the effort they had to put in. I have not even received my first bill and am already ready to leave.

Dominick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about AT&T. He was successfully helping 3 people at once and every single one, including myself, was pleased with his service. He has a phenomenal work ethic, maintains a calm demeanor during stressful situations, and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. I wish I lived in Virginia so I could have the service Dominick provides!! Thank you Virginia Pentagon Mall AT&T for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Sam and Len are great! They helped me upgrade to the new IPhone 17 Air all within an hour. Highly recommend their services.
