Dee is the best! I had such an awesome experience with Dee. She was super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She made everything quick and easy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. It’s not often you get customer service this good anymore! If you stop by , definitely ask for Dee — she’ll take great care of you!

This is the best storage experience I have had in my over 20 plus years of using storage facilities. Prices are reasonable and the icing on the cake is the SUPER fantastic property manager Deneen at this pleasant Ridge facility. She's extremely kind and helpful, she goes beyond her job to make you feel welcomed here and an overall wonderful experience coming into the office to get any issues resolved. Excellent customer service!

Deneen was marvelous to work with! She was very responsive and within less than 20 minutes I was the proud renter of a new storage unit. Thank you, CubeSmart, for hiring folks who are not only Competent, but kind as well.

I arrived a few minutes before they closed. Yet Deneen was very helpful and stayed there to make sure that I completed my application and rented my unit. The unit was extremely clean, as was the property. I'm happy that I found this property. I didn't see any signs of bugs or rodents. I feel confident that my belongings we'll be safe at this Cube Smart. I would definitely recommend it and give the property a 5⭐️ rating. And if I could give the manager Deneen 25 ⭐️'s I would!
