Called about changing a flat tire on my 2008 zx10r. Andrew in the Service department provided top-tier customer service. I was able to get the tire delivered to the store and they changed it same day. On top of all of this they even stayed open a couple minutes later just to ensure I could get to the shop in time to grab the bike after work. The service was personalized and very responsive to my needs. It absolutely reminded me why I still choose local businesses over national chains. I will absolutely be returning to this shop to take care of anything I need on my bike.

Worked with Andrew (Service Manager) for my Moto Guzzi V7 6200 mile service. Got me in same day, honored their quote, and returned my bike in exceptional condition the next day with a pre-season refresh to boot. Great guys and super convenient location. Will definitely return for all major service intervals. Recommend visiting in person if possible for easier scheduling.

I own a BV 350 had to have my tires changed and check some mechanical issues. I can only praise the customer service, specifically in the service department, both Nico and Andrew excellent attention to the customer; five star ; highly recommended.

Andrew and the service department team worked with me to service my Yamaha scooter that had been sitting for a few years. I rode it home and everything was fine but a few weeks later it broke down. The service department responded immediately, picked the scooter up and then identified and fixed the problem. They then delivered it back to me within 2 days. I really appreciate the extra effort to fix the issue and get me back on the road. Super professional!
