NOVA Armory

I appreciate Dean and his staff a NOVA Armory. One week ago I had an issue where I needed a muzzle break replaced and upon arrival at the store, I found out that the previous armorer was no longer on-site. Dean (who I believe is either the manager or owner) took my firearm without any hesitation or reservation into the backroom workbench and replaced the problematic muzzle break with a custom brake. What I appreciated was Dean’s unexpected "drop everything he was doing" customer service to provide a service for which I was willing and prepared to pay. Yet he said, "Don't worry about it as it was nothing to that effect." I could have done the muzzle break job myself but realized that I did not have the wrench that I thought I had and needed the firearm to be operational in 24hrs so I called NOVA Armory who assisted me greatly. Dean, thank you for your kindness, generosity, and professionalism

NOVA Armory is a top-notch FFL and firearms / ammo dealer inside the beltway. The staff is knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help new shooters and experienced gun enthusiasts alike. They can help with what firearms is right for you, or take firearms for sale on consignment, along with their selection of new and used handguns, rifles, shotguns and accessories. Neighborhood gun stores like this are becoming a rarity, and this one is worth checking out.

NOVA Armory has conducted several firearm transfers for me over the last few years. They are thorough, fast, efficient, and most professional. Plus, they're among the nicest staff around, and it's a real pleasure to do business with them. I look forward to to working with them in the future.

Visited Nova Armory to pick up a handgun shipped from retailer. Received a call from shop to tell me gun had arrived. Really appreciated that. The pick up process was super easy (all filled out on iPad) and the visit was minimal on overall time. The staff were engaging. I would definitely use them again as an FFL.

So far I’ve only needed NOVA Armory for a few online purchases and FFL transfers, including a VERY easy suppressor purchase, but everyone I’ve met so far has been professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re definitely my new go-to for all my firearms needs now. I would definitely recommend this shop if you’re in the area!

Tucked-away smaller shop in Arlington with very knowledgeable and helpful guys. I've had a couple of items delivered to them that I purchased online and they quickly and thoroughly processed all of the required docs to complete the sale. Due to a long-term work project that kept me outside of the US, there was one item that they had to hold for me for over a year. They were very understanding and had no issue holding the item and quickly helped me knock out the paperwork when I could get to the shop to pick it up. The only downside to NOVA Armory is the size of the shop, which limits how much they can stock/display.

These guys have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Would absolutely do business with them anytime. They made my FFL transfer a breeze.
