Twins Ace Hardware Arlington

I have stopped by here a few times on a whim, often looking for something specific or just to see what’s there, and despite the somewhat wonky layout this is a pretty great store. They have all kinds of things for any number of projects, including a little toy section, and the folks working there are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend stopping by if you need a specific tool and someone to help you find exactly what you need.

This is a story that must be told. I went to this Ace hardware location online and saw that this location had the firewood that I wanted. It's special because it is cylindrical and I couldn't find it anywhere else. So I went there in Clarendon Arlington and I was immediately met by a very helpful gentleman by the name of Bill. They had six of them so I told Bill that I wanted to buy all of them he was very helpful he told me exactly what to do where to park and he even brought a cart and help me load them into my suv. His level of service and customer attention these days is a surprise. As I told Bill I don't think I'll ever go back to home Depot after this experience. So for your hardware and anything you need from home Depot be sure to rather go to this Ace hardware if you're near it. You will not be sorry

Entire staff has been very helpful the past 2 times we've been there while helping our daughter and her roommates get settled into their apartment. Mr. Bill was very helpful both times. This latest trip included having them cut a small wedge stop replacement for an antique gate leg pedestal table we gave them from a strip of hardwood threshold we bought there. They did it perfectly! Overall, a wonderful small-town hardware atmosphere and more selection than the big warehouse stores!

Customer service is top notch. Store is well organized, exceptionally run, and gives off true warm and neighborly vibes. The store is much larger than it looks on the outside and the inventory is consistently well stocked.

Everyone at this store is super nice and eager to offer help as soon as you walk into the store. I do a lot of crafting, so I always need specific things, and the staff are super helpful to help me figure out solutions or workarounds. Much better experience than getting lost in a warehouse store searching for someone with an orange apron 🙂

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They also have a variety of extra, non-hardware convenience items you wouldn’t necessarily expect but that are totally useful in a pinch. Would come back!

We feel really fortunate to have Ace Hardware in our Rosslyn neighborhood. The wide selection of hardware, cleaning products, and even plants (!) has come in handy numerous times. In addition, we were really surprised to come across an Event Ace was hosting for the community last weekend (freshly grilled veggie tacos, burgers, hot dogs, and grilled pizza)! My husband and I couldn't believe that there was NO charge. Incredible in this day and age! All the food was fantastic, too (our first time having grilled pizza) and the employees were really nice, too!
