The pharmacy just isn’t up to par in terms of filling prescriptions in a timely manner, being proactive in contacting customers if there’s an issue filling a prescription. Many of the technicians come across as if they couldn’t give a flying frogs leg about the customer.

The problem with this Walgreens is that I've caught them lying to me twice. On two occasions, they've told me that a med was out of stock but, when I pressed them on it, they "found" the medication. Not on a different visit where the med may have been delivered in the meantime. Same trip, same people. They just lied until they were caught in the lie. I genuinely don't know if we still have a regulator that makes sure pharmacies don't lose track of controlled substances, but they should audit this place and shut it down.

This place is a literal joke. Slowest cashiers ever, only one is ever working at a time. The manager just watches the line grow and does nothing about it. If you order photo prints they text and say the order is ready for pick up but it almost never is ready when you go for some reason and they never know where you order is if it is ready. It takes them at least 10 mins to find it and if they can’t they tell you it’s not ready yet even if you got a text saying it is. Every time I come here I leave frustrated. Need to just avoid coming here all together. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here.

Sat on hold for 45 minutes trying to get my prescription filled. It was saying I was next in line the entire time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would just fill it on the app, but the Walgreens app is broken and doesn’t show my prescription. Next time I’ll go to CVS!

The staff is okay and try hard but have the limitations of a different pharmacist every week (particularly when they are also short-staffed). They offer a lot of vaccines - in addition to the annual flu shot and COVID boosters, they also have pneumonia, RSV, and smallpox/monkeypox shots. However, there are some they offer but don't carry (e.g., rabies, meningitis) even though they say they order them but never seem to get them.

Viana was exceptionally great. I was greeted with a smile. I received courteous and efficient service at Walgreens.

Do not waste your time at this Walgreens. I came into the store to print some documents and asked for help, the 3 male employees looked at me and did not help at all. I asked about the scanning machine they said only phone connection works and when i tried that i asked for more help and i got ignored twice. Worst customer service in the area.
