Interstate All Battery Center

My daughter's car battery died on a Saturday night. Despite wanting the battery replaced soon, I chose to wait to bring it Interstate Battery as I agree with their following Biblical principles of honoring the Sabbath and being closed on Sundays. I brought it in later in the week and I am very glad I went to Interstate. They replaced the battery (at a discount) and, in the process, discovered there was a blown fuse which disrupted many of the electronics on the car. The manager of the store, Joon, immediately began to troubleshoot the problem and contacted the dealership for assistance. He then took the time necessary to replace the fuse and ensure that everything worked properly on the car. His integrity and top-notch customer service saved me a lot of time and money. I am grateful to him and the whole team at Interstate Battery in Arvada. I will continue to bring all of my battery needs to them.

This little battery center holds quite a bit when it comes to batteries. In fact, the only thing I think they didn't have clearly was single pack 9-volt batteries. Which is pretty nice. Plus, as I waited in line, I overhead (which is easy to do with ears like mine) the conversation ahead of me. The claim of people being "knowledgeable" working here is definitely put to task. They gave the older dude ahead of me exactly location's and described in detail what sort of store to look for to assist him. Pretty based company, honestly.

Nice and helpful, but the battery prices online were significantly lower than the prices in store.

I’ve interfaced with the team multiple times in the last month and have been nothing but impressed with the service, customer service and merchandise! They effectively charged up a two-year-old battery and replaced one of the terminals when I brought it in later due to issues. Also, I bought and had them program a replacement key fob for my Toyota Highlander which turned out perfect at less $$ than dealer. Assistant Manager Daniel deserves most of the kudos not only for the quality of service, his knowledge, but his positive and supportive attitude. I highly recommend doing business with them!!!

One of the most reliable and honest battery places to shop for all your battery needs! Employees know the right information for all your questions and concerns when it comes to batteries. Not to mention they'll never sell you something you don't need plus they have fantastic warranties. Honesty is the best policy and customers always come first!

They told me the enhanced flooded battery recommended for my Subaru could not be purchased in Colorado. I went to my mechanic interstate dealer and he had it in a week. The sales rep from this store called me and was less than pleasant saying he didn't say that then hung up on me. The assistant manager was non apologetic too. I won't be back.
