Friendly and great prices. While camping the bearings in our daughter's bike went out. They helped us find the correct bearings to fix it and even gave us some grease for when we put it back together.

I rode my bike across the country from Missouri to Astoria, Oregon and when I got to Oregon I needed a place that would box up my bike and ship it home. Scott is awesome! I dropped it off before the 4th of July so he said it would be a few days before they could box it up and get it shipped but eventually they got it shipped out. When I got the bike, everything was very well packed and protected. I also had my bikepacking bags with the bike and they were all neatly packed as well. I called after I returned home and before the bike was shipped with some questions and Scott picked up and was super helpful. Just a very cool dude. It was simple to put the bike back together and everything is just as good as it was when I dropped it off! Thank you so much!!!

Bikes and beyond deserves much more recognition. The business owner was very helpful and polite. I absolutely loved my bike rental experience and I will be coming here in the future many times.

I thought I was screwed when the braze ons holding my rear rack snapped off somewhere in Washington. I cobbled together a solution, hoping someone in Astoria could fix me up when I got there. I was not disappointed. Roger cleaned up the frame, welded the braze ons back to my frame and made a few mods to my rack so I could continue my tour with my mind at ease. This place is the theoretical ideal of a bike shop. Super friendly, straightforward folks.

Roger took my sister and I for a quick scenic trip around downtown Astoria on his tuktuk during Goonies weekend. It was by far one of the most fun things we did and he was beyond entertaining. This business is a great one to support with top notch staff.

I called to check availability of a Trek Bike and was told they didn't have it, but would be happy to order it. I said I wanted to check a couple other stores that Trek website said to check. They didn't. I called back to order it but Scott was busy so I said I would call back. I called back twice more that day and twice more today. I asked the person today when Scott would return and they said they had no idea. Really??? So I had to read other reviews to see if I was just being too sensitive. The reviews indicate that is not the case. So I'm warning folks to consider another source for your next Bicycle purchase.

The owner Scott is just the nicest guy and super helpful. Of course that means the shop is very busy and you will have to be patient. I have really liked my cute pink electric bike more than I thought I would and the price was right. Thanks again, Scott!
