Either these 5 stars reviews were fake or Something has changed recently in this business, and it was a terrible experience—like a nightmare! Imagine paying about $300 to replace a laptop screen, only to end up wasting six weeks and money due to serious issues and very poor customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. They don’t even deserve one star.

UPDATED REVIEW: I would like to express my gratitude to the corporate manager and the technician for their cooperation and understanding regarding the situation. They were able to fix the screen without any additional costs. Thank you for your assistance. Original Review: Terrible customer service and constant dishonesty. Every time we asked for a time or date, they either gave false information or ignored the question entirely—sometimes even hanging up. After dealing with multiple issues involving both the technicians and the store, I finally received the device after more than five weeks and paid $300, only to find it riddled with human errors. When I tried to return it for further repair, they kept delaying the process, adding to my frustration.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Went in to get my phone screen fixed, they replaced my screen with another screen that had a crack in it and told me to come back 2 days later to get the screen replaced AGAIN. When I got home and plugged it in to charge my phone would no longer charge and the battery died. It was working perfectly fine before I went in there!! They replaced the battery but it still did not charge. I had to go buy a new phone and they are refusing to refund the 180 dollars they charged to replace my screen and break my phone!! Been calling for almost 2 weeks, Randol promised a refund and keeps saying "I will talk to my boss Orlando" but still nothing. I was told Orlando would be calling me multiple times but nothing. His coworker John also has horrible customer service. Just a HORRIBLE experience, these 5 star reviews must be paid for/family and friends posting. Go literally anywhere else in Astoria because this place will take your money and break your devices.

Avoid this place! I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max to fix a cracked back. The phone was perfectly functional and had a decent battery—just some cosmetic damage. The technician offered to replace the battery at a discount, and I agreed. When I got my phone back, it was a disaster. The battery is terrible and clearly aftermarket, the phone now shows a warning that the screen is not genuine, and the display quality is awful. The cameras barely work—everything is blurry and won’t focus. I went from a perfectly working phone with just a cracked back to a barely usable device that now needs to be completely replaced. It honestly feels like my original parts were swapped out for cheap ones. Completely unacceptable—avoid this place at all costs.

THEY BROKE MY PHONE - DO NOT GO HERE I came in over 2 weeks ago to repair my screen for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, you would think somewhere called iFixScreens could repair this easily but no! I paid $180 to get my screen replaced and after the replacement they told me that the replacement screen had a small crack in it too and that theyll order more and put on another new screen in a couple days - no problem kind of inconvenient but ok. Two hours later I go to charge my phone and the battery percentage no longer goes up! I plugged my phone in for the entire night and it still died. I had no phone for the whole next day until I was able to get back to the store. The same man was there, Randol, he inspected the issue and said "I don’t know whats wrong actually but I can replace the battery" - Im thinking great - after he replaces the battery he says he needs to call his boss to ask him how much to charge me for the battery - charge me? YOU broke my phone and YOU have to fix it, I told him that and left. I get home with the new battery and go to charge my phone - and still the battery percentage will not go up. At this point I know my phone is done and Ill have to shell out $1000+ for a brand new one. I go back to iFixScreens and tell them its still not working - he offers to look at the phone again and I say no at this point I just need a refund because I obviously cant trust them to repair it. Fast forward to now, two weeks of calling the store almost everyday, stopping by the store every few days, and trying to contact the corporate office - NO ONE can help me. I am being told by everyone that they need to ask someone else or I am just being plain ignored. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. RANDOL BROKE MY PHONE AND THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER ORLANDO KEEPS PROMISING A REFUND AND NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BELONGINGS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR ITEMS, STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

My phone was broken and not turning on. The "geniuses" at the Apple Store said it was completely broken and cannot be fixed. I walked in here, 30 minutes before closing and the technician, Zaheer, was able to fix my phone in only around 15 minutes. Incredible service and so grateful to him for saving me from having to replace my phone.

Excellent Service! I had a great experience with iFix Screens, service center. I brought my laptop to be checked and serviced , as i had no idea what was wrong and why was shutting down unexpected. The service was quick and efficient, and my issue was resolved much faster than expected. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service.
