Gregory at this location is absolutely phenomenal and deserves a raise! My car battery died and he recommended everything I needed to change it myself and was able to male suggestions/ combine discounts to make it all fit within my budget. He also went out of his way to make sure the car charging pack I purchased was full, so that I could jump the car effectively without having to come back. He processed the battery deposit refund same day as well and was just altogether so kind, patient, and helpful. These situations are so frustrating, but Gregory made it so much better. Thank you!

Very nice store, somewhat small but with everything you need, pleasant was my surprise when I went to buy an injector cleaner that was in the online catalog and when I entered the store, there were other better products that were surely not updated on the website, it was a good surprise for me. Prices are slightly lower than other stores.

Had to wait a long time to buy 1 item, was skipped in line for someone who needed help with something that took a lot of time. Not the end of the world, but it was pretty irritating to be ignored like that. Next time I need something, I will order online or go someplace else.

1 star service Bad experience I bought a new battery which costs 300 dollars after which the worker told me bring the old one and you will get some money back after some time I brought it and they said that they didn't have me in the system that I bought. I left them the old battery and did not take any money back it's not about money, but I'm not a hypocrite like a customer, I've been cheated and I'm a constant customer. but I won't be anymore

I really like the Napa in Steinway in Queens they have sales there all the time and prices are reasonable compare to other stores!! The customer services is amazing if u looking to save in auto parts go to Napa on Steinway Don’t forget summer is coming they have a sale on Freon get it before it’s all gone ! Definitely want to keep cool for the summer! Save save save at Napa Steinway

Ran in ... After 1 of my windshield wipers busted off out of the Blue... went in an seen the 1st register an a guy was sitting there doing something on his monitor... so I assumed that he was helping someone I stood until he was done doing what ever he was doing... An instead of letting me know that there was another register behind some shelving but what I couldn't really believe is the person behind that Reggie didn't let me know that he was free to help me.... once he did wake. Up from his morning nap since it was about 8:30 in the morning.... He asked,a couple of questions an helped me,get what I needed... Just couldn't believe that it Cost $28 Bucks!! Crazy!! Just one!!! This economy is unbelievable!!!

Good Customer Service they help me figure out what I needed for my oil change first time changing my own self, and cabin filter and air filter.. good team!!
