Foundation Self Storage - Auburn

I had to get a storage unit from Foundation Storage in Auburn, WA. Stacey is the gal at Foundation Storage that helped me in every way. From the moment I walked in the door, she was kind, cordial, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I had never rented a storage unit before and she walked me through the entire process of all the do’s and dont’s and even came up to help me personally with the cylinder lock. Every time I have called Foundation Storage, she has picked up my call and remembered me immediately. It’s nice to see people that are attentive and professional in their job, as it’s not something you see much any more. Even though I just got my keys today from Cass and Brittany for my until, I feel assured that my stuff will be ok. I was able to obtain a 5 X 10 Storage Locker easily and stored my items - all in an hour or two. That is because there attached office with staffed and helpful. The agent was very pleasant and quickly showed me my choices. She was quick with the paperwork and agreement. They have a big cart and elevator for second floor units.

They have kind of high prices but you get what you pay for! Office hours include an employee in the office and they actually do their job. For instance someone cut the lock off my storage unit and I was informed immediately once it was discovered and on top of that they gave me a lock free of charge that can't be cut off the.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything in detail and showed me how to navigate around the facility. She was amazing!!!!
