Nigel (USAF Veteran) and his cleaning team - Bobby and Peter - were a pleasure to work with from start to end. Nigel came out within a day to evaluate the situation and emailed me a detailed quote the next day. Upon my acceptance, he scheduled his team to come out later in the week to take care of our isolated attic mold issue due to a wet AC duct. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and we felt confident that they could tackle the issue. Everyone on the team was very prompt and professional, including the admin Ryan who handled scheduling. The service was completed, the mold spots were removed, and the area was thoroughly cleaned and left as they found is - sans mold of course! Very happy overall with the service PuroClean Auburn provided and for the peace of mind that the mold has been eradicated!

Puroclean did water damage mitigation in my condo after a supply line burst recently. Nigel provided an initial consultation and estimate that were both very fair and significantly less invasive then other mitigation companies I spoke to. Frankie and Peter did the mitigation work and were outstanding. They had a small space to work in and treated my home like their own. They were kind, understanding, and most importantly very patient. I had a slew of questions that they answered accurately and honestly. Communication was clear and they kept me up to date through the whole process. This is a company I hope to never need again but if I do, they will be the first people I call. They went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish.

I've referred PuroClean to clients for several years and they recently completed a small job for me. Frankie was helpful preparing the estimate and putting things in perspective. Jesus and Gage did a great job with the work and were very efficient.

Overall did an ok job of our water mitigation, they were quick to arrive the day I called, and eventually got everything dry. My main complaints: 1. I was told twice that I didn’t need to move items out of my basement and that they would take care of it, but only thing that they moved was the damaged flooring they removed and one rug. Instead of leaving a large portion of wet items in the basement, I ended up moving countless wet items out of the basement myself. (One picture for example in this review shows about 1/3 that I moved myself). 2. Near completion, I was assured multiple times that the walls in one finished room were dry enough (and that they took readings) and didn’t need any sheet rock removed. I finally pushed for them to remove some of the wall (which they tried to tell me was wood paneling when it wasn’t), and of course there was moisture behind the wall. If I had listened to the "experts" I would have no doubt had mold in my basement in the future. And come to think of it, prob will have mold behind the actual wood paneling on one wall which they didn’t check because they told me "mold doesn’t grow on wood". 3. I wish communication from their office was better. I received zero notifications when the team would be returning following the initial visit, so I stayed home waiting around not knowing if there needed to be let in to check on fans/dehumidifiers. A simple heads up goes a long way! TL:DR they did a mediocre job and tried to tell me walls didn’t have moisture when they definitively did.

Peter and Frankie did a great job drying up our wall and removing the carpet. They were professional, kept the area clean, and minimized disruption to our home. We appreciate their hard work and would recommend their service.

Gage and Bobby did a great job fixing up a water damaged area in our kitchen and bathroom. They kept us informed the whole process and were knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done

Peter and Bobby did a great job removing all the mold build up on the bathroom walls and ceiling. Even cleaning out the ceiling fan.
