Advance Auto Parts

Efrain at Advance Auto was awesome! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and awesome customer service! He needs a raise! Last time we were here, a female was running the whole store by herself and still handled a long line like a pro (though seriously, she shouldn’t have to do that solo, it’s a busy place!). This location is one of our favorites, solid people, awesome service. Pro tip for other reviewers/customers: slow down a bit. It’s not social media, it’s real life, good service takes a minute, and these folks deliver it!

Absolutely the worst Advance Auto Parts store i have been in. I have visited this store a handful of times and received absolutely no assistance, I even went here to pick up a part I ordered online and was there for almost 20 minutes because of lack of assistance. There were only 2 other customers in the store with me that day. Then today 10/13/25 I visited this store because I was in that neighborhood to pick up a tool they had in stock, walked in no greetings, lady at front desk just stood there, I got the tool from the shelf and approached the front to check out and the lady immediately walked away with no words to the back of the store and was back there for some time . So I just left, I talked on the phone with the store manager and he was nothing but excuses. I went to the store off of Quincy and it was 100%totally different types of situation, immediately greeted, immediately helped and taken care of and thanked for coming in and told have a good day.

I had an issue with a small part I bought there (Mississippi location) and was just going to buy a new one because I couldn’t find the original receipt. Zepher (I believe was his name) was super helpful, got the small part I needed from the original kit, and got me in and out quickly!

We ordered a gasket kit online, and the manager tried to sell us a returned kit that was missing most of the parts! He then had the audacity to curse and be rude because we expected him to help rectify the situation. We spend a lot with this company annually, but that's going to change immediately after yesterday! Do better, Advance, seriously. We'll be contacting corporate tomorrow morning (7/7/25)!

I had a horrible experience a few months ago, and Jesus completely changed my mind about coming to the store. His customer service was above and beyond, he was friendly, and very knowledgeable, I recommend this to all my family and friends. Please come to this location, what pleasurable customer service
