Quick background story: I used to come to this shop for years back when Aboz owned it. It was the ONLY shop I trusted and ALWAYS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Honestly it hasn't been the same since he sold it and it shows tremendously! [*HEADS UP THIS IS A LONG REVIEW. MANY PARTS!] My first initial interaction was rough. Patricia wasn't the friendliest. I spoke with her over the phone to get a quote for replacing my front & rear suspension on my 08 GL450 Benz. Labor only because I had my own parts which included the full set [*Photos included] and had confirmed with 2 other shops prior to that's indeed what it was [Had the quotes in the glove box]. She never asked for my vehicle information and said she'd call me back. [No return call] I'm a very understanding person. So I continued shopping around and circled back to giving the shop another call due to the amazing service I had once experienced with Aboz years prior. My 3rd attempt I was able to speak to Patricia again over the phone. She sounded a bit more pleasant. I again asked about the quote. She stated she would call me back. [She never took my vehicle info yet again] Luckily this time she called me back and asked for it. She ended up calling me back quoting me $800. I took my vehicle in for the repairs with parts. To then be told my fuel pump went out and needed to be replaced. The parts and labor were $600. I had it done that day. Also they HIGHLY suggested I take it to the Mercedes-Benz dealership to be sure it was really the front & rear suspension and not the molecule because its rare that all were needing to be reaplaced. I reminded them that this was the 3rd shop I'd been to. I reluctantly took it the next day to the dealership. $297 later . . . . I was told . . . THE SAME EXACT THING AS THE 2 OTHER SHOPS BEFORE. I called the shop and even sent over the official report video included. The price then increases to $1,200 for the front/ rear suspension and the compressor. My youngest son was due for double knee surgery that following Friday 9/12 and had a surgery tour Tuesday 9/9. So due to the front & rear suspension really needing to be replaced badly I didn't feel comfortable driving my vehicle so I parked it. I was able to get the front & rear suspension as well as the other two part which came in the set fixed over the weekend by someone else. I finally got to drive it to work on Wednesday and as I merged onto another road the acceleration gave out completely, the check engine light appeared and the engine would turn over sit a little above the 1 RPM indicator and then die. Even though the gas gage read half of a tank. I ended up calling a tow truck to have it towed back to their shop. When the driver arrived he attempted to jump the vehicle and a few other things to see if he could get it started to drive up the truck bed. I called the shop in advice to give a heads up. Had to leave the vehicle there overnight due to the "defected fuel pump" needing to be delivered still and the shop was due to close soon. Also I didn't have any gas. Once I hung up with Patrica I went to NAPA right afterwards and purchased a 5 gallon container, then went to the gas station to fill it up with premium gas and dropped it off at the shop. The next morning I get a call stating they changed out the pump but now the "Ignition Coil" needs to be replaced and it'll cost $180. I agree reluctantly to make sure my vehicle was good to go and safe on the road again. I later get a call saying its ready to be picked up. I get there pay my dues take it to get some more gas and the gas starts pouring out at the station so badly that the attendant tells me I have to stop pumping & drive off immediately. [Video included] I take it straight back to them & show them the video. They say the gas seal was needing to be replaced but "lucky they had one laying around". AKA they forgot to put it on. Patricia also mentions to me that the "Ignition Coil" never needed to be replaced in the first place. Now my check engine light is on & it hasn't been running the same ever since.

I’m writing this review to share my ongoing issue with Autotech and Tune. I brought my vehicle in for an engine replacement and entered into a written payment agreement with them. The contract clearly outlined the total cost, payment schedule, and a 90-day warranty on the engine provided by their warehouse. After only a short time, the replacement engine failed. The shop admitted the engine was under warranty and that a replacement was available. However, instead of honoring our original signed agreement, they demanded full payment upfront before reinstalling the new engine — even though I’ve been making my payments on time and am still within the warranty period. On top of that, the owner’s husband has been very threatening and unprofessional throughout this process. Their attitude is aggressive and intimidating, making it difficult to even have a civil conversation about the issue. They constantly change prices and go back and forth on amounts owed, which makes dealing with them even more stressful and confusing. To make matters worse, the work itself is poor quality. It’s not done correctly the first time — it’s done just enough to make the car run, but in a way that forces you to come back for more "repairs." That’s not good business, and it’s definitely not the quality or honesty I expected when I first trusted them with my vehicle. At this point, my car is still not fixed properly, I’m out money, and I’m being met with threats and broken promises instead of professionalism and accountability. I strongly caution anyone thinking about using Autotech and Tune to stay away. Make sure you get everything in writing and think twice before trusting them with your car or your money. In my experience, they have not honored their word, their warranty, or their customers. I too am filing a lawsuit, do not go here I repeat do not go here even for an oil change I wish the previous owner Aboz never sold the shop he was GREAT.

They hiked up prices immediately under new ownership after buying the place from Abbas. $150/hr or more. Hung up immediately after finding out. No thanks!!! Go elsewhere… and save your money. There’s a reason the ratings are dropping like a rock under new ownership

We had all the lights on our dash come on at once during a road trip. They had room to see us, got us in quickly, worked hard to solve the issue. The problem is not one we can fix away from home, but they got us in working order to be on our way. They were such a blessing and even worked with us through a lunch period. We super appreciate them and have marked their shop for our next road trip and so we can recommend them to others we know in the area.

Very good honest mechanic with affordable pricing and good service. Ali took good care of us and accommodated us based on our heretic schedule. I will recommend.

The most helpful and kind people I have ever met. I'm Active Duty USAF, & had an issue at the Denver VPC to ship my vehicle oversees. After a long and strenuous day dealing with extremely rude people, I had to find a spot in Denver that could see me within the hour for an emergency. After calling several different shops, Auto Tech & Tune graciously helped me out and solved a perceived issue with my vehicle according to the Denver VPC. I am currently at my next assignment and made it here on time with my vehicle, because good people still exist in this world .! Thank auto tech & tune and God Bless. I'll be sure to say hello if I'm ever in Denver once again .!

Had to replace the driver side door on a 2018 Honda Pilot. Called the number on Google for Autotech, spoke to "Ali" - he quoted us $1580 for a brand new door from a Honda Dealer, plus $200 for labor, total $1780 plus taxes. We asked him to send us that quote in writing to our e-mail address (three times) OR text it to us - he never did. Should have recognized that as a red flag. Anyways, we went ahead and Zelle'd him $200, upon his request as a deposit for him to order the door. We dropped the car off on last Friday - he promised to deliver the car after fixes on Tuesday (07/29 to be exact). He faltered on that promise and said the car will be delivered on Wednesday instead (07/30). That was fine with us. We went to pickup the car today (Thursday 07/31) cuz he called us at 3:32PM on Tuesday saying the car is ready for us to pickup and we close at 5PM - we are an hour's drive from him off peak hours so there was no question for us to get there by 5PM on Tuesday. Door was replaced with a new one, great. I got in the car and turned on the car... the display console won't turn on (radio, navigation etc.), the dashboard flashed multiple warnings/alerts saying Airbag System had a fault, ACC didn't work, etc. etc. like zillion alerts.. the driver side overhead visor was totally missing... and the car won't hold power. I spoke to him about this and he is like "We did not touch any of this"... we only replaced the door he said. Well, the driver side door touch key wasn't working either on the door he replaced - passenger side door touchless entry still worked. He denied everything and said, 'you can do whatever you want..'. Finally, the bill - he gave us a bill of $2375.00 versus the originally promised $1780! He denied and lied outright saying he never quoted that - he asked his front desk person, Patricia, to get the paper where he quoted us the amount - she couldn't find that paper 'cuz he never had it written down! This guy is a cheat and a fraud. Do not do business with him. We never have put down ANY reviews but this was compelling enough and we feel others should know about this. We will be reporting this to the BBB as well because he didn't care to make any of this right - on top of all this, he tried to sell us a new battery for $355 plus tax (so almost another $400) to make the electronics work right! What a thug..
