Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The store was pretty busy tonight and the manager on shift, Dom, took his time to help my wife and I without rushing or any impatience. He helped me make sure the two items we purchased were compatible before we paid for them, which puts me at ease. Staff is great, LLW is great, and generally prices are great. 07/15/25 Edit, we went back the next day for parts felt bad for going in and out multiple times, still had staff treating me great. A++ for Dom and his whole crew!

The employees really nice and helped us really fast. We needed a new turn signal light bulb and the worker helped us change it for free. We left him a nice tip) Thank you so much!

Excellent service by the Autozone Staff. I recently had an issue with the water pump that was purchased not long ago. I talked with Diana and she really went above and beyond by not only ordering the upgrade part but also taking care of the warranty. She is a very professional and caring person. The manager Dominic did a great job helping us with our head lights. He's always friendly to all his customers and we appreciate it.

Had to do a return, rather inconvenient I made the purchase for my son on my credit card he returned what wasn't needed and they wouldn't refund without original credit card on site. So I drive 20 mins and they don't even look at my credit card they were like ok refund issued thanks. Really what a hassle.

Convienently located on Quincy great place for part and maintenance items for vehicle. Staff friendly and pleasant and attentive to help.

Good people, always give me a hand looking for something or loading up my truck with parts. Good inventory as well.
