Best Buy Warehouse

As a driver, I don’t usually post reviews on places I deliver but seeing all these negative reviews, I decided to state my experience. I showed up a day early, broker said it was a straight through delivery. Showed up approximately 1pm and was notified by guard shack that my appointment was for the next morning at 7am and they could take me as early as 5am. Plenty of truck stops within 15 miles so I booked it back over to the Loves and waited. Showed up next morning and got delivered with paperwork in hand before my 7am time.

This is like a secret location. You give your order number through an intercom and back your car into the loading dock. The employees were super-friendly and helped load up my car.

Make sure you have an appointment # starting with 88 89,1002 or else they will not let you in Had a 530am appointment it's now 930 and still here waiting to get fully offloaded. Construction by the entrance makes it a bit confusing but just follow the signs. Overall this place is cheeks good luck drivers

Don't know what I was expecting, but experience was good. Needed to replace a microwave oven and didn't want to wait for over a week for delivery. Good news is a new clean facility with friendly staff. So-so news, it's not really centrally located as it's way out by the Denver Airport... so for many like me, it's a journey to get to (luckily, I had to pick up someone from the airport so I combined trips. Obviously, it can't be central to everyone so not really a prable and access to 70 and 470 very easy. It was a bit different checking in to get the microwave... had to talk to a video doorbell ringer. I get it. More efficient. But was a bit different. My only suggestion, post a sign to show direction to pick-up door. Had a cute conversation on perspective. The doorbell video guy said drive around the building to the left at the doors. Well, from his perspective, the pick up doors were to the left. But from mine, they were to the right... we settled on... to the east.

Picked up a dishwasher here. Once I got to installing it the next morning I found out it’s missing the leg assembly that should be installed from the factory. BestBuy corporate customer service refuses to help and I can’t get in contact with the Aurora Warehouse who are supposedly the only people who can help. Now to get anything done I have to drive an hour out of the way and hope they’re helpful.

Avoid at all cost. Slow warehouse. Managers don’t care. Take a different load if at all possible. Believe me. AVOID!!!!! Can’t contact corporate to tell warehouse to do their job. Been waiting 3 days and have to reschedule through no fault of my own oh. And the next appt isn’t for another 3 days. While there is not another truck at the warehouse.

Came at 6:30 for 7:00am appointment for unloading. Took them 30 mins just to get through guard shack, guard didn’t have a clue how to process unloading. Finally he gave me a door. Now it’s 8:10am and they didn’t even touched my trailer. I went inside and inquired couple of times about the delay and only answer I got was that they have other trucks to unload and they will start unloading my truck afterwards. Why do they set an appointment if it’s plain useful. Ridiculous place, never coming back. Update: took them 5hrs total to unload and sign paperwork
