NAPA Auto Parts - Havana Auto Parts

One of the few auto parts shops that still test TFI ignition coils. TFIs are known to come faulty out of the box brand new so it's important to test then before install. Thanks guys!

This store has terrible customer service! I have attempted to call in to check on availability of parts 3 different times now. Each time I was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes immediately after someone answered. Once someone did get to me I was asked to hold again. Every time I go into the store I employees hanging around and not being too concerned with customers needs. I will no longer even attempt to use this location again.

Stopped in last Saturday, always feel intimidated walking into an auto parts store because of my complete lack of knowledge on anything about cars. Fortunately I was helped out by a gentleman named Collin (I think sorry if I got this wrong!!!) Anyway he was a total professional as I tried to explain the part my brother-in-law told me to pick up (it was a timing belt btw) after an embarrassing thirty seconds Collin immediately knew exactly what I was talking about, put me at ease, grabbed the one I needed, rang me up, and I was one my way! It might not seem like much but if you knew how insecure I get in a garage or auto parts store you'd understand. And also why I am leaving a review which I never do!!! Thanks again Collin (I hope that's the correct name!!!) Phew! Glad this store is here

Staff here are super cool. I asked them how much their hats were and they told me free. They had a black and gray camo hat that I grabbed. They had 3 different styles and told me I could have 1 of each. I just picked the 2.

This is the only machine shop I trust with my engine heads. Jason and his team always test out everything AND call me before doing any repairs. They even take the time to professionally clean whatever parts I bring them, making them look brand new. Thanks to them my subaru will be up and running happy again in no time (and the beetle and 73 Nova are still going strong!)
