We had to find 2 storage units at the last minute. Pedro made the whole rental process easy. We can't thank him enough for his great customer service at a time we really needed it.

Just moved our camper out of this storage" location. After several break ins’ and continued damage to our RV, we have had enough. As stated by others, Cubesmart can’t, won’t or doesn’t care. The response I get, is that the owner won’t do anything. There isn’t any working security cameras on site. The security "fence/wall" is falling down, and has several holes in it. There isn’t even a barrier on the west side of the property. Trash, literally everywhere. In less than a year, our rent has gone up almost 100%. What do you get for that? Damaged and stolen property. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY AND THIEVES YOUR PROPERTY. Go elsewhere.

Silvia had great patience during the call to me, for more than a year I was struggling to get access to my unit, we found the problem and during all that time it was on the line until I could access my unit and the best thing is that it is bilingual at the end of the call we realized it, good service, good technical support and kindness, thank you Silvia !

Achille, made it happen, I have to tip my hat to this gentleman. Outstanding work ethic great price 10/10 total satisfaction.

Fairly priced but gates close earlier than the times that are posted. Wasted time loading up and driving over just to find out they close their gates 20 minutes before they should be closed. And it’s automated so someone needs to fix that

Front desk is holding mail, front desk has been opening packages and stuff is missing from the package , This is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. Where is the rest of the package? Or our mail? They made us lose so much money by kicking us out of the front office with no heads up. We had been there for three years. We were left with under 30 days to move out. Property has gone to Straight poop. Front desk guy hides at the front desk with the door locked and his car out front and won’t answer the door. They have my number he keeps opening my mail, but refuses to call me and let me know that the mail is there. Extremely unprofessional extremely antisocial. No communication, no transparency.
