Site Manger Mark was excellent!! He was polite, efficient. Knows his stuff and price was great as well. He was also gracious.and patient in explaining details to me on rental agreement a second time the following day, so that I was comfortable renting space

Where do I even start, made my reservation and was only called once to confirm instead of 3 times at the gun club rd location. Came in on my move in day and Chase was an all star! From beginning to end and continuing onto my 2 week storing here, Chase has been nothing but the best!! He’s patient and answered all my questions in person, went above and beyond to assist me and is even great to talk too. Chase alone made my decision to pick this location over gun club road a no brainer. Just yesterday I was in such a hurry to move all my minute things in that I left the trailer parked in front and completely forgot to call and let Chase know. And to my surprise Chase just left a very pleasant voicemail saying I needed to let them know first beforehand and I wasn’t fined for the mistake. I could go on and on about how wonderful Chase is and how he really works well in the customer service industry other than the employee at the gun club location (I won’t state her name here, I’ll just write them a review too. Lol). Now, improvements would be that I wish the building was ventilated better because it’s really stuffy and warm inside. I hope the building is cooler in the summer time. Also, the bathrooms have always been really dirty when I go into them so I’d just have them cleaned more often (ideally after every shift) but that’s about it. Everyone passing by using the units inside have been really nice. Elevators work well and never had a problem using my access code. The building is safe at night and I always feel comfortable going in and out. Chase is really why I gave 5 stars, without him this place wouldn’t be half of what it is. Great job Chase!! Mark, Manager at this location was very friendly and helpful during our move from one location to this one on June 25, 2025. He made everything go very smooth with no problems. He has a great personality and he is a great asset to your company. We appreciate everything he did for us. GREAT JOB!

Mark was exceedingly helpful in setting up my account. I highly recommend him. Once again I want to give accolades to the property manager Mark. He assisted with a second unit procurement and completing my move out of both units! Superb service!

I want people to be aware they will raise the rent on you at any time they feel. They will "email" you and say it went to your spam or "mail" something warning you of your rent increase. When I first moved in my rent was 171.00 they increased it to 221.00 for god knows what. They just expect you to pay that without an explanation. You can’t even access the property 24 hours a day. I thought this was the best choice but after receiving random rent increases I’d strongly suggest you go somewhere else. It’s also almost impossible to talk to someone who can actually tell you why the only explanation you’ll get is it comes from our corporate office.
