First, it took for ever for them to process my order and ship. When my order did arrive, it was damaged. I called customer support to get info on how to start a warranty claim, they said they would email me so I can send pictures. Two days went by, no email. I called again and the supposed manager said "to just email their support email’. I emailed and provided pictures. The supposed manager promptly responded asking for more pictures which I promptly responded with. After that, I’ve been completely ghosted. I called twice and sent multiple emails. Absolutely no communication. Now I have an expensive, damaged roof rack that I’m afraid to use. Absolutely the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with! Buyer Beware! Don’t expect any support if you need it.

Ordered a roof tracks kit and recieved only the tracks no hardware no cross bars no cross bar mounts their fix was to send me the bolts for the cross bars that I don’t have, no monetary comp to purchase missing items and I still have no way to actually mount the tracks on my vehicle what a waste of time their customer service is terrible. $300 down the drain I don’t recommend this company or their customer service rep Bianca konig who has ignored my calls and emails for two weeks.

Ordered a hitch bolt lock and was baited!!! Received email stating product is back in stock. I immediately ordered it. 2 weeks went by and received email it would be delivered within a week. Total 3 weeks now. I called customer service and the liar said there are such high demand that they are taking pre orders to see how many customers buy them. Then they will place a order and he said a few more weeks until they receive their shipment. I canceled my order as they are available on Amazon! Good way to lose customers!!!

I mean top notch customer service and quality merchandise what more can I say! I lost a part of my roof rack and couldn’t figure out what the part was so I emailed and they got back to me in less that 12 hours with an estimate for that part with shipping. Looks great on my 2017 WRX don’t mind the Yakima fairing. Was from another car I had already. Otherwise it would match rhino rack.

I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLUR and one of the first items I added was the Rhino-Rack Backbone system along with the original Pioneer Platform. I needed extra cargo space for our family and dog for when we go camping and this setup was perfect. Install was really easy once I got over the hesitation of drilling that first hole into the hard top of my brand new jeep! Since then I have also had our roof top tent mounted to the platform! I have done several long trip with this setup and I love it. This year I was able to upgrade to their new Pioneer Platform with the integrated wiring channels! The platform itself has a more solid look to it on the edges and as I have rear and side lights as well as a light bar on the front of the rack, being able to hide all those wires was awesome! It is so clean! This year I also added the Batwing Awning and man was I surprised at how easy it was to deploy as well as the huge amount fo coverage that it offers! Now I need to get the side walls to help with cold weather camping! The Stor-It is also an amazing item. I use it to store my shovel. I currently now have a hard shell RTT mounted onto the platform with the Stor-It mounted to the RTT side channels! I love this set up and I am ready to go camping on a moments notice! The quality of everything has been awesome and the help with questions from Rhino-Rack has been great! I would recommend Rhino-Rack to everyone!

I spent a rainy 4 days in the Michigan Upper Peninsula. My trail mate had a Rhino Rack Batwing and I had an inferior awning. In order to stay dry, I spent the days sitting under his awning. Recently, I ordered my own Rhino Rack Batwing. As I installed it, I discovered a few minor issues, probably caused during shipping. Monday morning, I contacted Rhino Rack and by midday there was a brand new awning on the way. Excellent product, only surpassed by their superior customer service. Thanks, Beth! IG - bluedoorunner

Fantastic customer service. A piece on my rack broke, I called and James had one on the way once he got a photo of the broken part. Thankful and happy to be using Rocky Mounts for all my rack needs.
