Rocky Mountain Storage

I wasn't feeling well when I got there but promise to get everything next time. The prices are really good as compared to other places especially the small storages. They have a huge land for parking RV'S, and any automobile. It is gated and very clean.

They live us alone Mr. Luis the managment in charge it is very polite and frienly , I recommended this place (the only needs a security guard at lease on the night hours.)

I've had a great experience here. The place is safe and secure with a gate and security team and I have 24hr access to my truck. Prices are good as well. Also it's great working with Gail who manages the place, she's been easy to get a hold of for questions or my info updates. Thank you Gail.

Made online reservation for a 12x30 pull through storage space to park a vehicle. I arrive and the office is closed and happened to run into a security person who put me in touch with somebody from the office who proceeds to tell me that they're not accepting any vehicles anymore only RVs and trailers they could have been a little more forthcoming about that on their website so if you've got a vehicle that you're wishing to store don't waste your time

They have RV and unit storage, was waaaay better when there was 24hr access. When the security guard is there the security is good. They are lacking in camera coverage but so are most places. The rent is definitely reasonable.

Be warned, this is NOT a secure RV storage facility. Our RV was stolen out of this lot. The staff did not notice or notify us. We showed up to pick up our rv for our first trip of the year and it was gone. The facility did not refund us for the month(s) we were paying for an empty spot. They have very little cameras and poor quality. I would not recommend this storage lot.

I have had a lot of experience with various storage companies over the years and I have found some great people nice facilities, but typically the prices are outrageous, the gate hours are inconvenient and the unit and parking space sizes are extremely limited. Rocky Mountain Storage has the whole package. Absolutely WONDERFUL management; Gail is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and does an excellent job finding units and spaces to fit your needs. She is absolutely delightful to talk with and the rental process is fast and convenient, extended gate hours are available, which is crucial for people with complicated work schedules and hectic lives, and the units are amazing. Perfect for long-term storage needs, which is very unusual to find. Almost all of the sites I have stored at previously are designed to accommodate seasonal storage and drive out long term loyal customers with rate hikes. Rocky Mountain is a growing facility with terrific options for customers. The facility is clean and well maintained and the folks I have met who store and work there are pleasant and friendly. If there were more stars I'd give it 1000.
