Very disappointing experience. I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and the service is consistently poor. The staff doesn’t take the time to help or answer questions properly. They just point to the same deals I already saw online at home. I came in looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because of all the advertising I’ve heard on the radio, but it was a waste of time—especially at this location. The employees seemed untrained and uninterested. I ended up staying with Verizon, and honestly, they offer much better customer service, better prices, and a more professional attitude. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this T-Mobile store.

Buenas tardes, quisiera darle más estrellas pero no se puede. El establecimiento quedó hermoso, y la atención de Ara N excelente muy amable y sobre todo tiene bastante conocimiento de su trabajo cosa que es muy importante, le hice como 100 preguntas y todas me las respondió de forma muy profesional y me explicaba cualquier duda. Su gran esfuerza a la hora de atender 100 de 100 increíble. De verdad necesitamos más personas así que valoren y quieran su trabajo. Estoy segura que le gusta lo que hace, maravillosa trabajadora.

Horrific service. Representative and manager could care less what you need since it was 30 minutes to closing. Fifteen minutes to closing and everything was shutting down with customers still inside. Came inside for a screen protector, and was refused even when I got the reps on chat showing me I had full coverage for replacements. Do you think they were willing to look any of this up? Nope… will visit a competent store tomorrow as recommended by t mobile service.

my wife went to this store yesterday hopeful that she would be to get her phone repaired or replaced because the screen's black from accidentally dropping it. She spoke to a heavy set female employee, maybe Latina. after contacting my phones insurance company she sent her to batteries plus all the way across town. huge problem. she gets to batteries plus and they tell her the t-mobile employee didn't verify if they have the repair parts or not. . So she wasted time from work to be sent across town to another fake snobby unintelligent employee to be told to go to yet another same day repair shop that she have to find herself. absolutely horrible service.

We came in today to pay our bill. I wasn't planning on leaving a review because of the simplicity of the transaction but Javier made me want to leave a review. First off, it is 103 degrees today. My daughter and I came in while traveling by foot in the heat and having an absolute pooper of a day. When we walked in, we were met by Javier who quickly offered us a cold drink and helped us with our bill payment. I honestly thought that paying in mixed currency would have been kinda a pain but Javier whipped right through it, helped us get paid up, reminded me to take care of a payment plan and offered us more water to take with us. Javier is the best. I hope his boss sees this and extends appreciation to him as well. His kindness literally made us want to cry. Sometimes the little things are the big things.
