I go there alot because they have OEM. TRUCKERS. Go aftermarket on non mechanical and bulbs and s4it but not parts. Long term investments are best made with high quality products! Or whatever Warren buffet said

It's a very busy place.I'm sure they do fantastic work.. I was just not expecting a 3 day.Wait but it's to be expected when parts are scarce.. Thank you guys for the great service and for getting my big rig back together.Hopefully friday it will be ready for pick up so I could be home..

*BEWARE PARTS REP CEASER SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED* I’d like to share my experience from this Freightliner dealership to start off my early Saturday morning by going and having my batteries overlooked to see if there was any warranty on them no problem got my ticket and got in line waited like anyone else would. Got to the counter and encountered Ceaser parts dep. sales rep. The batteries I brought were purchased brand new in FEB 2024 and have an 18 month warranty today is 06/21/25 and I proceeded to tell him that if he can look them up in his system and he tells me directly that I need a receipt. I understand that having a receipt would save us both time but I was helping my uncle whom currently resides in a different state out with his situation by taking it upon myself to get them exchanged. ***I have previously had and to anyone that ever needs help with batteries exchanged they can check *VIA SERIAL #* off of the batteries that you bring in.***. It’s a lengthy process but an older gentleman had took me through a few months back I figured I would go through the same process now. CEASER was adamant that he had other customers in line and that HE COULD HELP BUT IS NOT GOING TO do it that way due to the process needed to go through which I countered with saying I was a customer once and purchased 3 sets of batteries coming out to $1290.58 it wasn’t a problem selling them then or whatever time it took to process that invoice then. As someone being in this industry for over 20+ years you would expect the last people that are going to put you through this are the parts guys as we already get enough stress through DOT, IFTA, Brokers, Shippers, and Receivers. Truckers are the back bones of America and deserve so much more than unprofessional treatment when we are considered professional drivers by the public and states. I told Ceaser I can go to the back of the line so he can get siphon out his other customers and maybe help me after and I still got denied service over a receipt. After all the customers left the whole department cleared for 15+ minutes or so and no one came over to me to ask if maybe they can help out instead they started restocking the floor shame on this dealership never got this type of treatment at Golden State, Papé, International or any heavy duty equipment dealership. I pray no other trucker has to go through with this sort of encounter after spending days and nights away from home this is the reason I am writing this review. Go to any other dealer at this point I would go as far as going out of town if the service is up to standard don’t let anyone walk on the same people putting food on these guys plates. Best dealership experience I've had in 5 years of owning this truck. Travis and curt went 1000 miles above and beyond to get my truck fixed the same day. I had a hood bracket that broke free from the glue on the fiberglass hood. I got there at noon. I brought the new bracket with me. These guys are honest because they reused my old bracket so i could get my money back for the bracket saving me 249.00 dollars and i thought my grill tabs were broken but it turns out i just needed new springs. So instead of forcing me to buy a new one from them for 800 dollars it didnt cost me any extra and the total bill was cheaper because they fixed it without taking my aftermarket bumper or the hood off which saved time and money because they actually charged me actual labor instead of standard 2 hours for job. I am really impressed and if i need work done and am anywhere near here i will definitely be back. Velocity who? Oh yeah thats the place i called to get an estimate and sat on hold 25 minutes without talking to anybody before hanging up. Thank you again travis and curt for your help and hard work
