I always have a good customer experience when I go into Darrell's Mini Storage. Today I worked with a couple named Paul and Carrie. They were filling in for the usual team members and they have great customer service my experience was smooth and done efficiently and quickly. It was nice having a conversation with them to fill in the time while we waited for certain things to get finished I highly recommend Daryl's Mini Storage to anyone who needs storage space or just a place to store their seasonal decorations.

Originally I was going to post a bad experience, because I booked a Covered RV space for the price quoted. When I arrived and got the paperwork filled out, I took my RV out to store it & found out it was not covered. I was upset and went to the office and the lady inside helped get it straightened out. She made it right and got me the price I was quoted online and moved my space to a covered spot. I booked for 6 months and got 6 months free. Made it a lot cheaper and so convenient. Employees were always friendly and professional. Their communication was great. They always reminded us about payments and when we paid they sent us a confirmation about payments. The facility was very clean. Next to nothing of dust in the unit we rented. When we left their facility, the exit review was simple and very friendly.

We’re returning customers to Derrell’s storage. We decided to rent at the Panama location. Mr. Greg Parker was excellent! He helped us promptly showing us all the units he had available from our curiosity. The process was smooth and easy to get going. This location is by far the nicest and cleanest.
