Its old store but the shelves are all stocked up and it was clean. Staff was helpful but they dont have what I needed.

My go to tool box store . If no one else has it they might have it..good store people are knowledgeable about the tools and helpful.

Recently my husband placed an order for a 30" tool box. We waited 3 weeks to receive an email to see if it had come in. When we stopped by to check status, we noticed that one was on the floor in a box and asked the supervisor if that by chance was ours, she stated that she could not give us that one because it would "mess with inventory and we would have to the wait additional 3 weeks for the one we purchased to come in." She did say we could purchase the one on the floor and then when ours came in we could get a refund. Same tool boxes just the one that came in was just store stock not the one we ordered. Now we wait the 6 weeks even though one sits in the store.

Well supplied inventory. I asked for assistance to the car battery charger area and the clerk was helpful and courteous
