Great customer service, the driver had real time gps so i was able to see exactly where he was while en route. He got there in less than 20 minutes and was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use their service again if needed.

This Company is amazing. I was stranded and looking at over a 2 hour wait. Called this company and they were so amazing about helping. They arrived in 30 min hooked my vehicle right up and took good care of me. They go above and beyond to help and the driver was very sweet. Definitely going to call this company in the future. He even gave me advice on where to take my vehicle. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

I had a great experience with Roger and Lost and Found Towing. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the law and all of the processes. AAA failed to come through with roadside assistance so we were fortunate to come across and find Roger. He came out in less than an hour and got my car hooked up like nothing! Let me just say Roger is one of the best people in the business I’ve met. Took the time to explain how my car works in a way I could eagerly unserstand. Went above and beyond as a business to help me. To figure out the battery issue. Seriously put this guardian angel on your speed dial !!! Seriously needs to be known I’ve never met anyone this genuinely human and good. You’re in safe and hilarious hands.

Not many people are too happy with getting their cars towed, but if it happens pray that Lost and Found Recovery are the ones who do it. If it weren't for Roger towing my car I would never have been able to get it out. Not only is he an amazing business owner but a gracious, caring, honest, kind man. He is more than fair. Hands down, this is the best towing company I have *EVER* come across. My husband and I broke down with our 20’ utility trailer outside of Bakersfield. Roger answered the phone quickly and got to us in 45 minutes! 45!!! It doesn’t end there; this kind man took our truck to his tow yard and used his personal vehicle to take us to our hotel. Not only did he take us to our hotel, but he offered to stop for food and snacks along the way, he had thought of everything we would need to end our stressful day! It is so rare to find so much integrity and kindness. I would give this veteran ten stars if I could! Please do yourself a favor and call this company if you need a tow. It will make your life SO much easier and that really counts when your ride is down and your stress is high. I highly recommend Lost and Found Towing!
