Lowe's Home Improvement

On 08/06/2025, when searching Google for tile #4144982, the results varied and showed several suggestions. Lowe's showed a price of $6. This result was shown next to comparable prices/tiles from other retailers like Home Depot. After selecting the $6 option listed for further viewing, I was redirected to Lowe's website where it showed this item not to be on clearance but at its regular price of $12.98. I called and asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I decided to drive over. At the Columbus store, I asked the employee Gary (who I believe was a manager) for some assistance with this. He honored the price online and gave me 50% off. I purchased 14 tiles and that was a $90 savings! Thanks and God bless you, Gary! Cara

Sales Associate Lily was very rude and disrespectful to me as a regular paying customer. I came in to simply purchase an air filter. Lily refused to help me out at the customer service station because I wasn’t doing a return, however I know from first hand experience that I am able to check out right there if no one is in line as I check out in that same spot often. She tried to dismiss me and roll her eyes and attempt to service another customer behind me. I quickly obliged and reasserted my stance as a paying customer. She then assisted me after I asked her to show me where it was against policy to pay in this area. She very rudely rang me up and brushed me away as if I wasn’t nothing but a nuisance and my hard working dollars were not valued.

Came to this store looking to purchase a washer/dryer and a fridge. I don't know if I came in at the wrong time because they were holding a huddle at the front of the store. Which meant I waited for ten minutes for someone to come and help and that's all I did. Wait. After getting tired of waiting, I left and as I was leaving, ALL the employees were still in the huddle, holding what it seemed like a raffle. While customers waited. Not sure how this place is managed, and I am all for huddles. But why not hold the huddles during shift changes so that there are still employees available to help employees. SMH

There was no one available on the sales floor to help. I needed heavy items and someone to help get them off the shelf. Customer service attendant was nice and tried to help but was told no by those she reached out for help as they were either busy doing other tasks or ssid it was not their department. I decided to go home and order something online.

I've been waiting here at the pickup desk with the button flashing for 7 minutes. This store never changes and they wonder why Home Depot gets all of the contractor buisness

Despite the fact that no one knows anything anymore. Still far better than Home Depot

El día 6 de marzo fui a esta tienda a comprar un refrigerador el cual me trabajo 4 días y ya no quiso funcionar y fui a dicha tienda para que Melo cambiarán y no quisieron que porque nomás tenía 24 horas para cambiarlo pero eso es ilógico porque los aparatos tiene su garantía de la tienda pero el manejador no es más que un inepto que no hace su trabajo y si cobra un sueldo se supone que el tiene autoridad para solucionar los problemas y no lo hace y para no hacer el cuento largo hay tengo una caja grande inservible . NOTA no compren aparatos de línea blanca o electrónicos aquí porque nomas roban el dinero o mejor ni vallan a esa tienducha a regalar su dinero.
