Mentors did a fantastic job with our out of state move despite multiple changes on our end, including a last minute change in drop off location. Keith fit us in for a property tour and quote despite having a full schedule and explained everything to us. Loved how we were able to go online and make adjustments to our move inventory list before the move as we sold some large items vs. moving them. Packing crew came the day before our move and they were great. They worked very hard and efficiently and were very polite and professional. They made sure all our things were properly protected/packaged. Moving truck came the next day and Mike and the crew were also great, experienced, careful and professional. Mentors made all the arrangements for an out of state crew (Sol Crew) to unload the truck into our 2 storage units and they also lived up to the standards of Mentors and Tony and the guys were great. Mentors was great from start to finish and responsive to our calls and changes. Thanks guys!

On moving day, they were on time, professional, efficient and courteous. Upon moving into our new home, they were very patient with me as I figured out how I wanted each piece of furniture arranged. We’ve used Smooth Move, now Mentors moving for a very long time. From full pack and move jobs to just move our big furniture. The teams are professional and quick. The estimator understood we were on a budget and made recommendations to help bring the price down. Our move was estimated at 5.5 hours and they finished in just over 3 hours. I can’t say enough nice things about them.
