Office Depot

Stop by here while I was in town, a little imprompto business shopping. Store is very clean walking in. Staff greets you immediately. They have lots of options for business from computers to post its. I just got a few things. But loved the selection. The clerk at check out was very pleasant and helpful.

Walked in yesterday and was looking for something but they had no idea where it was at. Customer service sucks here, dude was just sitting in the front instead of assisting me I had to go look for it myself. I’ll stick to Office Max from now on.

Best customer service I've experienced in quite sometime. I was having trouble finding a replacement item and Brooke went above and beyond going through various ideas to find just what I needed. Her knowledge, professionalism and refreshing personality definitely left a lasting impression.

I generally avoid chain stores like the plague! Either I cannot find help when needed or the staff is overwhelming interrupting me as I shop until I forgot what I came for ! Today is a refreshing shopping experience at office depot on Rosedale hwy in Bakersfield an associate "Bobby" greeting me as I was shopping .what a difference!!! He was polite helpfull,and most of all he assisted me without hesitation !and without being overbearing ! If more people took his approach when helping customers, the world would be better for it . Thank you to Bobby and all of the staff!

I went in to buy a laptop. They were having a very good sale. The associate assisted me in selecting one which met my needs. He took note of what programs I wanted and didn't want; and, by the next day I was able to pick it up, ready to go!

They actually personally greet you as you enter the store and Darius, Ivan, Sondra, Michael and the rest of the staff have always treated me professionally and with respect. I have purchased several computers, copiers, chairs and tables, etc. over the past couple years at this location and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. Copy Center is top-notch too. My go-to place for flyers, business cards and invitations. Big fan of Office Depot...thanks guys!

I bought some ink from here to help my sister w a school project, the box was closed, but the ink packets inside were open and empty. The refund is going to take days to post to my account, and then I had to buy another ink that same day to finish my project.
