Best customer service and outstanding experience! You can truly feel they genuinely care about their customers. Long story short I brought in my old golf cart batteries, and they accidentally tipped over in the back of my truck. The sales rep, BB, immediately told me to pull the truck in so they could wash the acid off the truck bed. They took the batteries down and cleaned everything off for me! I really appreciate their safety concern and excellent service. BB answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I bought 6 batteries for great price! I highly recommend this company!

I was looking for information on batteries and charger for a wheelchair that was for a family member. Larry promptly contacted me, was patient, courteous, helpful, and listened. His staff also shares those same qualities mentioned above and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were diligent about answering my questions before I got there. I knew right away by Larry's professionalism that he knows what he's talking about. He did not hesitate or waste any time by saying "I'm going to have to call you back" or "I'll get back to you." He had the right information off the top of his head and took the time to explain things without the run around. In today's time, I realize it is rare for people to have time to answer questions and give the necessary attention we deserve. Larry and his staff didn't make me feel rushed and they did not exhibit the "Take it or leave it" attitude. I appreciate their help and customer service still lives on at T & L Battery Co. Thank you! I was referred by someone who's in the business of batteries and that made me confident to do business with them. 05/11/2018 P.S. I'm not sure exactly why one of the reviewers left 2 stars about 8 months ago. By examining his previous reviews with other businesses, he rarely leaves a comment and it would seem that he is hard to please and tends to be unhappy wherever he goes. If people don't leave feedback, constructive or not, then reviews won't mean as much as they should. Feedback can help businesses and people improve while informing people who care about what reviews are intended for. Rant over

I had some issues with my batteries for our diesel truck. They were honest and helpful. J.R. scheduled someone to come and deliver new batteries to me. This saved on having to get a tow to the shop. We have a tight budget and T & L worked with us to help soften the blow. I would totally recommend T & L to friends. To find a company that will go the extra mile is not that common these days. This is a family owned business and I believe in supporting local business. Thank you T & L!

Great folks working here,loved em every one polite and hospitality I was in outa there with the right battery and guarantee it'll work or they'll replace it up to a certain time frame but .but guaranteed none the less.you can't go wrong doing business with honest good hearted people .

T&L said their best price on my cores were 7$, and Battery Systems offered me 14$. I would go elsewhere if looking for honesty and integrity.

This company was very helpful they help me buy the batteries and gave me a lot of information on maintenance and care so I could get the maximum battery life.
