The Home Depot

Recently went to the Home Depot on Gosford to check out ceiling fans. There were a variety of options available. After being helped by a helpful associate in the electrical dept., I opted for a Hunter 52 inch fan with integrated LED light. Afterwards, I had four keys made by Neal, a very helpful associate, Neal in the key dept. A big shoutout to Associate Neal. When I got home , I found all of the keys to work efficiently. Thank You Neal! This is a great Home Depot to shop at. Clean, well stocked Home Depot.

Today, I visited Home Depot looking for a double female adapter. I don’t like bothering the employees, but I struggled to find it. I checked the faucet section and aisle 38, and I picked up something that looked similar (see photo below). Eventually, I decided to ask an employee for help. I approached a man who was working and asked if it matched my reference picture from Home Depot website. He confirmed it was similar but mentioned that I needed to assemble it differently. If he was too busy, he could have at least told me which aisle to check. I ended up going to the plant section, where I finally found a small box containing what I needed. It was frustrating! The employee was by the shower curtain liner aisle at 8:50 AM. For those of us who aren’t very experienced with gardening supplies, we really rely on store employees for guidance, and this experience felt unhelpful.

I want to give a big shoutout to Ericka for her exceptional help! When another customer service rep wasn’t able to locate my receipt and seemed unwilling to put in the effort, Ericka stepped in and quickly pulled it up with care and efficiency. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to assist made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond like she did. Thank you, Ericka!

On 8/9 I went to Home depot to try to find something to fix my leaking cooler. Melissa was just the greatest in trying to help me solve my problem and even walked me to the locations of the parts. What a great asset to your customer service!

Went to buy some shelf paper and some other supplies. Easy shopping experience. Was offered and provided assistance in locating what I needed to buy. Loved the customer experience at the Ming location in Bakersfield. Store was clean and easily found the products I was searching for. Awesome sauce Bakersfield.

I want to thank Marcela at the 4700 Gosford Rd Home Depot for her outstanding customer service. Although my washer was purchased at the Rosedale Hwy store, the other location wasn’t assisting me. Marcela stepped in, arranged a driver to pick it up within my 48‑hour return window, and handled everything even though it wasn’t her responsibility. She went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Marcela!

Camping at Lake Evans. Found all the extras we needed in stock at this Home Depot. Batteries, mosquito repellent, lights, single jack for tent stakes.
