US Storage Centers

Lydia assisted me with long range plans of renting a storage unit and after arriving from a long distance ride, movers found a second unit was needed quickly. Lydia helped me with changing our entry codes, as well. Her assistant (I apologize for not recalling her name) was also very helpful with getting everything set up when I arrived. Thank you both for your excellent assistance and understanding of an exhausting journey.

They got me a great deal on a unit while I was picking up a rental truck. Lydia did an amazing job. Idris was here as well and was such a sweetheart. Lydia you rock.

I worked w Lydia to get my Uhaul and there were some minor issues that we ran into and we processed through those with professionalism and with a great attitude so I just wanted to say Lydia is a really good worker she deserves a pay raise and if you're reading this in the public if you need storage head over here to 3311 Truxtun Avenue they can hook you up with storage they have U-Hauls for rent if you have any issues they will absolutely work with you and take care of you thank you for everything and have a great day Mike Tldr Give Lydia a pay raise she is good people.

Went in today to sign up for a unit. We got a warm welcoming by a nice gentleman named Idris :). He made the process of signing up so easy. Idris went above and beyond. When he showed us our unit, he made sure to sweep off any extra dirt. Definitely recommend opening a unit with this facility

They have been great with us helping with fees etc…Lidia is the best and helps as much as you need too recommend
