Went there way before closing time and they had the door locked apparently closed. How can you do business if youre closed. I’m sure if the workers there were the actual owner they would’ve been open. Since its not there’re money they just want to close early smh totally undependable
I had an issue with my battery and Carlos helped me out. He was very pleasant and understanding. The store has lots of products for your car needs. I will continue to bring my business here.
This morning I had to change the serpentine belt on my Mercedes. I had gone to two other stores they didn't have the part I needed said they would have to order it. Being I couldn't wait for the part because I needed to be out of state that night I called 4 other stores they all said the same thing. I decided to call NAPA auto parts to see if they had the part I needed. They said they had the part but it was at their other location. That wasn't open today. However they said they would be more than happy to go and pick up the part for me. I told them I would take it and would be there in a few mins to pick it up if they could in the meantime go and pick up the part for me so I am not waiting. They said no problem. I got to the store waited a few minutes manager showed up with the part unfortunately it was the wrong part but he said no problem he will go back to the other store get the right part for me and said that if I want to pay for it now and follow him to the other store he would get it for me with no problem at all. I said sure, i followed him, got the right part and everything's happy Happy. So needless to say I was very happy with their customer service and their understanding in going to pick up the part from the other store for me so I can be able to repair my vehicle and be headed out of town thank you very much guys appreciate all your help keep up the good work.
