They prett slow especially if you have problem you them to fix or a load with some issues Just take your pillows with you because you will be there all night long or day long before they fix it for you especially when they ask you to go to door 023 Awful

I hope I’m not jinxing myself with this review! This location is my local main hub. Every single time my order makes it here (looking at you Union City, GA & Charleston, TN) it is ALWAYS delivered on time. Management here seems to have things running efficiently & the employees care. I wish this hub carried everything I order so the items would never have to be sent to other locations for them to be "lost in transit".

I’m missing a package telling by the reviews it was stolen or just not coming in general worst shipping place ever and I see why they don’t have a support number they have lots of caller. Place should be shut down so unprofessional. Enjoy my $25 water bottle

Declining Delivery Standards and Poor Oversight Over the past several months, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the care and oversight of Amazon’s packaging and delivery process. While customer reviews for individual products are helpful, Amazon itself should be held accountable for ensuring basic standards in how items are handled and delivered. In this recent instance, a package was left in the middle of my driveway—approximately 50 feet from my front porch—completely exposed to the elements. Not only was it visible and vulnerable, but it also got soaked by our sprinkler system. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and highlights a need for better training and quality control in the delivery process.

Horrible experiences with this warehouse. Items are never delivered, even though they are marked as delivered. Pictures are never taken to show proof. They drop off orders at a house 20 minutes away from the address specified. There’s no contact number to reach management!!!! I’m calling Corporate on Monday! I’ve seen the drivers on the gps tracker 1 street away and then they will turn around and leave and turn off gps. No issues from other warehouses, only this one.

Ordered three items delayed delivery so they would all arrive at same time , per the request of Amazon. I needed the items yesterday but they were never put on a truck for delivery but at the distribution center. I called customer service and was repeatedly lied to asked for a representative in the US to help but was repeatedly denied this request. One item was delivered to try and shut me up but that wasn’t the item I really needed and I was told they would be delivered this morning since they were not delivered yesterday. Guess what they are not delivered and not on a truck for delivery. Maybe time to go back to brick and motor stores where you don’t have this frustrating experiences. You pay for a PRIME service but you never get the items when they say and you can’t speak with anyone in the United States to help you. Customer service sucks and I don’t understand why no one will help !!!!! All of the sudden my orders were on the truck for delivery! 3 hours too late, I called and tried to get Customer service to contact the driver so I could get my items before the event I needed them for, since they were due the day before and guaranteed to be delivered yesterday. But since their customer service does not care and neither does their Prime Customers, I once again wasted my time and effort, thinking they would at least try to help since it was their fault I have not received my orders. Thank you so much AMAZON! Brick and mortar people only way to guarantee you get your items if you really need them!
