Store will not honor prices on the Shelf. I visited the store and purchased something off the shelf that clearly showed the price of $6.99. They rang it up as $7.99. I pointed this out and they verified what the Shelf said was wrong but said they could not give it to me at the price on the shelf and that the only price that mattered was on a computer in Wisconsin. They would not honor the price, even though it was clearly a mistake. I've never seen a retailer do this. We're talking about $1. It was as if they thought I was crazy. I went to Walmart and bought the same thing for almost half the price. Verify the price that you're paying for anything at this store. Before they ring it up.

Good product very convenient. Sales person, personable, and friendly. He made a special effort to load test my old battery as well as the new battery just to verify it quality. He made the extra effort. Overall, good experience, as usual.

Seems like it is going to be a great battery. I checked the voltage before installing it and it was right at 12.80 volts which the sheet says that is 100%. Customer service was great! I had my kids with me and they cared the battery to the truck for me.

Helpful staff at this store and they had 1 battery that I needed. Once installed, it started my bike right up.

The guys that work there are great at what the do. They are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to watches and batteries. They always get me in and out. Great service! I totally recommend this place.

Store manager (I forget his name) was extremely helpful & tested the battery in my key fob. He sold me a new battery and took time to install it. I also appreciate that he offered me the option to purchase a warranty on the battery, which no one else has ever offered me before. Jim Price

(Sorry I forgot his name) I went there for my iPhone 7 battery replacement. He was very kind and friendly. I got $10 off through online reservation. He already applied the coupon even before I mentioned it. It took 45 min so I was enjoying coffee in Panera Bread right next to the store. After the battery replacement, he explained how to maintain the battery longer and increase the battery life. That explanation was also very helpful too. And, my phone works perfectly after battery replacement.
