I recently purchased a bike from Big #1 Motorsports and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Greg was my main contact, and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy—answering all my questions and giving me the space and time I needed to make my decision confidently. I also had the pleasure of working with James, William, Brett, and Ramle, who were all equally professional, friendly, and helpful. Each of them took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process and that I was comfortable with my purchase. What really stood out was the genuine care and enthusiasm from the entire team. They made me feel like more than just another customer—like part of the Big #1 family. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention and integrity these days. I couldn’t be happier with my new bike, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Big #1 in the future. Cameron the sales person that helped me with my purchase was great. Greeted me when I came in and asked what brought me in. Very attentive and listened but not rushing or pushy. I was shown all the motorcycles I had came in to look at, then based on what I was looking for gave recommendations of other makes and models not originally on my list. I ultimately went with one of his recommendations and am happy I did. Fantastic service, the entire team was extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Overall great experience and fantastic products and selection. Highly recommended.

I recently realized that my riding style didn’t match my current bike so started researching both Indian and Harley Davidson touring bikes. After weeks of working with dealers and test riding, I decided to buy a new ‘24 Indian Pursuit Limited from Big #1 Powersports in Birmingham. David Couture at this dealer was great to work with. He followed up with me constantly after getting my internet lead from their website and then he located the perfect bike for me. Not only did he give me a FAR better trade than the Huntsville Indian dealer but he encouraged me to test ride, which RideNow in Huntsville made seem like I was causing them undo risk and imposition. David gave me a good/better price on the new bike also and the experience was amazing. HD in Huntsville couldn’t match the trade and while Nashville Moonshine HD was close on the mark for trade , they had so many junk fees it made the overall affordability unreasonable. The Pursuit is absolutely the best bike I have ever ridden so I’m super satisfied and grateful to have the opportunity to own it thanks to David. The staff at Big #1 were exceptionally friendly as I think everyone I spoke to offered me a snack and water/soda.

First time at Big One Motorsports. It's a great place selling great vehicles. My rep was Richard. Down to earth and really cared about what I was about. No pressure at all. Bought a used bike for a fair price. Happy happy.

Picked up a demo GTL with 6 miles on it. Richard my salesman did an outstanding job introducing me to the Big #1 team. We spent as much time as I wanted on all the tech and gadgetry of the new bike. Came time to load it up and people came from all directions to help and make sure everything was safe for the ride home. Patrick in the parts department was awesome also, he has and is still helping me resource some parts for the bike. I had a great experience and will be back for some more business!

I spent a lot of time weighing my options and interests in purchasing a new motorcycle. As a first time owner, I had lots of questions. Omar worked with me over several months to consider many options. Never pushy, always patient, Omar helped me get to the bike best for me!
