This is the best freightliner repair shop I've ever been to in my 10 years of trucking. I took a shower here and relaxed in their drivers lounge. Shout out to everyone behind the desk. You guys are top notch!!! Hey Kelli. They are what other shops should strive to be.

After talking with a representative of the company, he told me he would contact me back about this issue.... All hear is crickets......don't know why I would expect anything less. Tried to help me with my motorhome, not starting, stayed there 2 days, had to get Hotel...came back 2nd day and they told me they couldn't help me, but charged me $563.00 and still no start......had to get it towed to another facility, that found a Freightliner recall with the battery cables. Update..... After talking with the GM he agreed to reimburse me for my maintenance. He agreed that his company would rather have a positive review than an angry customer. Cudos to taking the time with me to work out the problem.

Customer service very professional especially Tina Wallace . She helped me and went above and beyond , she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job . The late night customer service rep Kelly took care of several of us drivers late night by herself . Drivers are in good hands here and I was emailed and texted every detail about my truck . Has a shower , laundry room and a decent drivers lounge . This FreightLiner dealership is one of the best I’ve ever been too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been working with the guys in the parts department for over 3 years now. They are always so helpful. I know ima spend a few dollars in there when I go, but it's such a good experience each time, I don't mind. Tim, Johnny, Charlie, Scottie, even the new guys Peyton & Juan have been really helpful in my O/O journey.

Let me start by saying the service department staff is great here. Mrs Tina and crew will make sure you know what’s going on at all times. My truck had an issue where it was flashing every alarm known to man and kept popping out of gear into neutral. My wait was nearly 2 days to get into diagnostics and they weren’t able to recreate the truck popping out of gear but said they found an issue with some wiring chafing on the firewall. Haven’t had any issues as of yet so fingers crossed. Nice drivers lounge even has a shower. The ONLY reason I can’t give 5 stars is because at this place even if your truck is not actually in a shop bay they will not let you stay overnight in your truck. You are basically forced to get a hotel. The shop doesn’t close until midnight and reopens at 7 so for those 7 hours you are not allowed to be in your truck or on the property. I’m a company driver so for me my company took care of the hotel but if you are an owner op trying to save money just know you will have to get a hotel which pretty much forces you to eat out as well so your $1,000 plus bill just went up a few hundred dollars more. Great staff but c’mon man you gotta let us drivers stay in our trucks for the 2 days it took me just to get into diagnostics.

These guys were awesome got me in same day with no appointment for a def pump…. Definitely took some extra time to get in a bay and repaired but I was fixed and rolling in time to make my load appointment.

I just received my truck back for Birmingham Freightliners body shop. They replaced the door on my work truck. The job they did was perfect & most impressive is how the truck looked when they returned it. It was cleaner than the day I received it new. Thank you Abby & all the others that did this job.
