My car started running hot and I stopped by express oil change for them to check it. Was quoted under $500. They didn’t put it up. Just looked to see where the leak was coming from. Come to find out it was not that part. My brother had me to purchase the part. When the guy went to put it on, it was a different part. Had to go back to a specific NAPA to get it. Now my car is fixed. Thanks to NAPA and my brother’s friend. NAPA cost for the part was cheaper than what Express was charging.

Napa you came thru for my family!! I grabbed these lights because they were on display and I thought, these will make great stocking stuffers for my husband and brothers. But an unexpected tornado rolled through this week and what came in handy!! These awesome led lights!!

Love this store! Staff is great and very helpful and the store manager always goes above and beyond to get you what you need!!! Will definitely be my go to auto parts store!!!!

They were honest and professional about what they had and the young lady that was at the Homewood store can't remember her name went over and beyond to look for the tail lights for my trailer only to find that they only had one so I had to end up going all the way to the center point store where they had five of them in stock and I needed three went to a few other parts stores which was a waste of time because Napa knows how!!!!!!

Good shopping experience I found an associate who helped get a large flower pot off top shelf. My suggestion would be to bring those pots down so that the customer can get without assistance.
