Staples

I went into the store within 10 mins of them closing to try to print out my son's birthday invites. The school website wouldn't lete send them electronically because of security issues. The lady gave me a card to send the invite to which I did. Then basically they just let me stand there until I asked them were they printing them. The guys said the couldn't and to come back tomorrow morning because he could not help me. Poor customer service and they could care less about it. They were caught up talking to what seemed to be an employee that came in after she was off to talk about what they were about to do for Halloween.

I went in on a Sunday at 5:45. The store closes at 6 but all I needed were some prints printed on card stock. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic. Very helpful. He printed what I need and I asked if they had a cutter I could use real quick. He looked around for a moment and a female approached and said you can come back tomorrow. We are closed. Shocked that she’s speaking to a paying customer this way. I look at my watch and it’s 6:00. I just needed to cut them myself and she’s acting like I’m asking her to do it first of all and that’d it would take her a hour to do it. Very poor customer service! I’ll just go down the street to UPS from now on.

I have been a regular customer at this Trussville location for over 15 years even after moving to Moody. I have always appreciated their good friendly customer services, a clean environment where items are clearly labeled and easy to find. Unfortunately, over the last couple of months things are falling into the cracks where some employees are either too tired, disinterested in their work and not willing to go out of their way to help. They were quick at dismissing what I was asking for because the only person who handles that work had already gone home for the day. But when I explained I had been there the previous day and really needed to place my order, another employer offered to do that for me. I rarely write any reviews. But because I value your services and believe you would be willing to rectify bad attitude and bad customer services that has the potential to ruin your years of clean reputation I felt the need to share my experience with you. I have no intention of messing up anybody job, but it would really help if they took initiative to help instead of passing the back or dismissing a customers needful help. But all in all, Staples is still my Store.

Ricky was by far the most personable employee I have ever encountered at a staples store. Great and thorough service provided. Amazon returns are easy here - although the line can get a little long.

My experience was pleasant, not bogged down by an associate, able to shop at my own pace. Pricing competitive. Friendly staff. Clean store.

I don't look anywhere else. This Staples is conveniently located and has what I need. Love the associates, even when they rotate. Btw, they deliver when ordered on line.

As soon as i entered the door, a young employee of Staples greeted me and lead me straight to the items that I was needing. He thank me for visiting "his store" once I left. It certainly was a positive experience shopping at Staples!
