Had to replace my work iPhone and called ahead to ask a few questions — the person I spoke with was super helpful and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence before coming in. When I got to the store, they had a great selection of unlocked phones at solid prices. The rep who helped me was really nice, and the whole process was fast and smooth. I even had a quick issue with my current phone and they were able to take a look at that too while I was there. Great experience all around!

The Tech Loft Specialist Josiah was very friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out a laptop in my price range. He also transferred my files for me and the service was quick. Highly recommend this Tech Loft .

So impressed with the quality of work I recieve from Tech Loft! I have used them many times. Most recently I brought in my 96 year old father's Apple phone that he had spilled tea on. Because it holds so much of his reminders and people's names and is familiar to him, I was concerned about having to replace it. Joseph was able to repair it and my father had his "brain" back before the end of the day! Tech Loft is a life saver!

Couldn't work miracles for my cheap non-functioning laptop, but no real expectations, only slim hope to avoid data loss. But was able to diagnose, get it back up & running very quickly (and with better than original parts) and saved $ over buying a new device. Hope i never need them again, but I would definitely recommend

These folks were so helpful. I was a little afraid of what I was going to find out when I took the computer in. I knew it had a broken screen. They were so nice and encouraging and were able to find a screen because this is an older computer. They were friendly they will helpful I can't say enough good about these guys. I am so glad I found them.

I took my computer to the Loft Tech after it failed due to hard drive crash. These guys saved my computer and all my photos. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They increased my storage and ram space. They are straightforward and give you your options. Take yours in before you fill it up and crash it like I did. 5 stars. Professional guys.
