Mr Larry in the tool rental dept was so kind and helpful. In fact everyone at this store was so friendly and willing to help! If you ever need to rent something go see Mr Larry and Mr Bobby in the tool rental dept! Definitely recommend this store!

Very helpful staff! Selection is a bit limited but it is a smaller branch. However, I usually enjoy my visit with this branch.
My experience was good. Employees asked me twice if I needed help locating something, which was quite nice. I found what I wanted, put it in my "buggy", looked around, paid, and left. Easy shopping!!
I know it won't make any difference in any future experience, but it will make me feel better to leave a one star review after wandering around the store looking in vain for someone to help me buy some rope.
Great service! Guys working in lumber department went above & beyond to cut my lumber for me in no time! Thanks! Wish there was a HD near Gardendale. Lowe's doesn't compare
