False advertising and zero customer service. I saw a bagger for a riding mower listed on Facebook marketplace by searching for the exact part number. On Home Depot it's listed at $520 from Cub Cadet and this guy had it listed for $350 (30% off) and most importantly*brand new in box*. I called ahead and confirmed it was "brand new in box" and drove over an hour to get it. When I arrived I see the seller pulling boxes out of a storage garage. I get his attention to remind him I called earlier about the "brand new in box" bagger and he points me to an open cardboard box with a guy rummaging through taking an inventory of the parts. I was expecting "brand new in box" and this was definitely used, likely a return or at least assembled previously(floor model). The guy doing inventory had the instructions booklet that looked like it was a 8th math test printout at least a few years old and didn't look OEM. It was in a box alright, but not new and was missing hardware. I spent 15 minutes double checking the guy doing inventory and asked where the missing hardware was. He seemed to find the missing pieces or just had some extra bolts that looked similar enough, idk because it was already opened and nothing labeled. Disappointed I flagged down the seller and told him the ad said brand new in box and he tried to gaslight me saying "there's the box, you're wasting my time" as if *I* catfished *him* and didn't just spend 15 minutes doing an inventory of something that was advertised as "brand new in box" and had missing pieces. Luckily I had seen prior reviews of his nasty attitude and as soon as he started getting rude I left. Searching marketplace again I see the box is for a different (older) model that's no longer sold online. I'd rather pay the extra $170 to buy the current model from a big box store with a return policy then do business with this guy. Just say, "opened box" and use the actual honest model number.

Found everything I needed at discount prices. Great experience.

Very rude online when negotiating. Says questions are dumb then blocks you. A low intellegence individual. Probably damaged returned goods through amazon purchased pallets

Bought a lawn mower from him October 2023. Engine blew in October 2024. Was serviced in spring of 2024 prior to mowing season. Engine had oil.

He looks annoyed and frustrated when you talk to him ... changes prices on the go ... says a price then changes the better one is more ... oh no battery while the battery is in the box ... don't feel like he needs customers

I bought a lawnmower and a snowblower and it work amazing! I was treated welcome and very respectful owner at wholesale. I am very great full I found this place. I definitely recommend coming to take a visit if you are looking to work on your property in spring or winter. Definitely looking forward of becoming a recent customer! Thank you wholesale.
