You are such a huge scam! I asked your staff clearly on the very first day I went there if they could check my phone to see what was wrong, and they didn’t charge me anything—only said I’d have to pay for the charging port because that’s what they found was broken. You made me pay a $50 down payment for the charging port, but the part that arrived was defective. I’ve already gone back and forth to your store three times to get the phone repaired. First, the charging outlet you received was defective, and now you’re saying the motherboard is the problem. I’m asking for a refund of my down payment, but you refuse to give it back because you claim it’s already paid for the diagnostics? How scammy is that? You didn’t even fix my phone, and yet you won’t return my money? You have some nerve charging such an expensive diagnostic fee that your first agent never even disclosed to me. And you don’t even bother to bring back my phone case

I went in to get the back glass of my phone repaired. They are super nice people and the service was great. However, there were a lot of issues with communication. I dropped my phone off at 12pm, and they told me to come back to pick it up at 2pm. When I came back at 2pm, I was told the technician needed more time, and to come back right before closing at 7pm, which is fine! Not a big deal. When I showed up right before closing though, I was told it was actually sent to the location on Newbury St, and that I could not get my phone back the same day unless I could run to Newbury St in 30 min before they close to pick it up. They told me they would have my phone back by 11am the next morning, so I decided to wait. I called at 10am when they open and was told that actually, they wouldn't have my phone until 1pm. So I just went to Newbury St to pick it up instead. They gave me a free screen protector and my phone looks amazing, but it was a bit of a goose chase. They're super nice but maybe some more communication would have helped!

I had a phone with a problem, and they quickly found the issue and fixed it. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, charged a fair price, and did a great job. My phone works perfectly now. Highly recommend them!

Upon arriving at the location, I was greeted with kindness. They immediately checked the cell phone and, after several basic questions regarding the damage to the phone, they began to repair it. The process took like 1 hour and was fast and effective. The cell phone looks brand new again.

This was absolutely, by far the most pleasant experience and so painless, I’ve been to many stores for many different reasons and phone issues, these guy’s are above and beyond all the rest, there was a person in front of me and that person was having a new camera installed and work done on his modem and I forget what else but they literally fixed his modem installed the new camera and got the other item installed inside less than 45 minutes!!! I thought I was going to be there for hours but they had my screen repaired in five minutes!!! I am truly impressed by this particular shop and highly recommend anyone reading this if they need anything fixed on their phone, new screen, new parts, absolutely anything!!! Don’t take my word for it, test them out and find out for yourself!!!

The technician at the front counter, Ry, they were sooo great to me!! And the technician in the back who fixed my phone, Kadir, he was the bessst!! They were both very kind and attentive, and treated me with compassion. They valued, honored, and cherished me as a customer! Thank you guys! 10/8 I came in again today Ry was soo helpful and courteous. So much patience and politeness. In this day and age I hope to have more employees that carry Ry's character and demeanor in such manner.

Do not waste your time here if you're on a tight timeline. The employees lied that my phone screen would be ready in one hour. I return two hours later and they completely ignored me when I walked into the store. The front guy was literally hiding in the back when he found me coming. I was assured.The phone will be ready in fifteen minutes and another forty five minutes went by. I had explained to the employees that we were going to be late for a tour and they kept saying five more minutes over and over again. This place is completely unprofessional and the employees have 0 respect for customers and have no integrity. If they had been upfront about how long this would take we would have never done business with them.
