Had a combined Boston to Boston move and Boston to NYC move with storage required. Overall great experience. We are repeat customers and have come to expect this level of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. We did have an issue with the first job where we felt like we were significantly overpriced. It just took an email to the co founder Alex Lendel who promptly adjusted us to a more fair rate. The movers lead by Carlos did a great job on the Boston to NYC trip coming on time and navigating the difficulties of unloading on a busy street. I would recommend this company!!

Lexel is the exact opposite of one of these fly-by-night moving companies. They have it down to a science - they can predict every pitfall. They know what they are doing, period. Go with them, don't trust your stuff to one of the many super unreliable, poor-communicating companies out there!
