Data entry is allowed between certain dates. i.e. Residential customers get a certain time period to enter solar production data, My windows was from 07/27/17 to 08/05/17. You sent me 1 email on 08/05/17 at 5:48 am (absolutely no emails before this date). To expect me to review the email, get the data and enter within your deadline of 08/05/17 is not acceptable.

BEWARE OF MASS CEC REBATE PROGRAM In late May 2018 we installed a mini split ductless air conditioning/heat system in our house. Included in my decision to make this purchase was a $2500 rebate from MassCEC. I submitted my rebate paperwork in early July having been told that it would take 6-8 weeks to process. Today is December 27th and I just got off the phone with CEC rep (at least my 10th phone call on this matter). After yet again expressing my frustration I was told that the check would be in today's mail. Of course this is not the first time I have been given this line of B.S. Is is CEC's strategy to wear down customers to avoid paying rebates?

Incessant phone calls on a daily basis despite repeatedly requesting - then more strongly asking - then finally demanding that I be taken off of their call list. It is obnoxious how often they call.

Every interaction we've had with MassCEC has been pleasurable and helpful. We so appreciate the work you guys do and look forward to continuing working together!
