⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto della mia esperienza allo Staples di Boston! Il negozio è ben organizzato, pulito e facile da girare. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile: mi hanno aiutato a trovare tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno con grande professionalità e pazienza. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’area dedicata alla stampa e alle fotocopie: servizio rapido, prezzi chiari e soprattutto grande attenzione ai dettagli. In particolare, voglio ringraziare [puoi inserire un nome se lo ricordi] per la cortesia e il sorriso. Ottimo assortimento di articoli da ufficio, tecnologia e forniture scolastiche. Tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo se siete in zona e cercate qualità e assistenza.

Fast, professional, pleasant service. Staff knew what In needed and brought me to where there were a few options. I purchased what I needed . The cashier was also fast and very pleasant.

Everytime I have my pictures taken and ask for digital versions, they force me to buy their flash drive to have the pictures. They do not send it via email or accept to transfer the pictures to a personal flash drive. $5 worth of tranactions becomes $25-30. Maybe it is the company policy. Still, I will rate this place 2-stars for the exploitative company policy. That extra star is for the kind staff working there. It is funny to face primitive technological requirements in 2025.

Staff was very helpful, but the store was somewhat difficult to find. Also, it’s worth noting that this location is much smaller than most other Staples, so it won’t have as diverse offerings.

Just when I thought mega chains stopped caring, this Staples location changed my mind. I walked in and asked for a MacBook power adapter. Guy at checkout counter knew exactly where to go: "aisle 4". I went upstairs and was immediately greeted by another associate ready to help me find it — she'd been radioed that I was coming and knew what I needed! Found several options. Left within 5 minutes. A much better experience than Amazon, and I didn’t have to wait for a delivery.

Absolutely perfect "new computer " experience. Knew exactly what I needed and provided it; laptop, set up and follow up.
