A very bad store. I sent messages to the store owner's Facebook account, the manager's Facebook account, the manager's WhatsApp phone number, two email addresses, and a private message on eBay. They even responded two months later with the information that the item had been sold, even though it was initially on sale. If the communication hadn't been so bad, I would have been able to buy what I needed. I'm very upset and don't want anyone to deal with people like that.

I am a first-time customer from Canada, purchasing a used VHF mic that I needed and could not find anywhere else, IN THE WORLD. I am so grateful for excellent, fast service. I will be looking here for future equipment needs, for sure.

Bought an engine from them on ebay the experience was smooth the engine is being shipped internationally so still waiting for it to arrive but so far the whole experience has been painless. Tried to buy an engine from another company who wanted me to go outside ebay and once they were done with their add ons the price was higher than ebay, I declined the deal and told them their price was higher than ebay so they then went back to ebay and increased the price. Kudos to Parker marine. Just an update, the engine arrived and was just as advertised. It runs beautifully and has been working every day since it arrived. I would definitely do business with Parker Marine again. *****
