Extremely helpful and patient with me I had to move my things from the shelter and everything was smooth ! A Mr. Clyde helped me over the phone, and Ms. Siobhan (Shavan) was on-site and extremely helpful as well. The whole experience was very smooth

This experience was awesome Adrian was very professional and helpful, she also help me out with my lock letting me get a temporary lock just so I can go get my long term lock, so I really appreciate her for that going out her way when she didn't have to. Also she always made sure I had everything I needed and had my access code and was there for every question I asked. Wish all employees in the world had this type of customer service and it's is a pleasure to have this person help and services. Thank you and I appreciate this storage facility.
Yesterday was my first experience renting a storage unit, and I was fortunate to be greeted by Vinny upon entering the building. From the moment we met, his energy, professionalism, and knowledge were immediately apparent and truly appreciated. Vinny took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
