Milwaukee Tool (Brookfield)

I am 10,736 km away from you and I work in an auto assembly plant. We recently purchased some Milwaukee cordless tools for installation. They are more powerful than we thought. Very tough yet durable. I hope one day the trade relationship between Iran and the US will return to the days before 1974 so we can work together like two brothers.

I call Friday for repair, the guy told me bring in, I drove the next following Monday, the first stop the gut told me another building for repair, drove to 2nd building, it was close for over a week, concern, why the guy didn't tell me it's close when I call or at first building, so don't have to wasting time, unprofectnal the guy who work 6-30-25

This is now the second radio that I’ve had to bring back to Milwaukee tool.. The first one I knew was not a second one and I brought back today it could have been.. The last time the person offered me a discounted rate for the radio, even though it wasn’t the. Today the jerk behind the counter just said it’s a warranty and basically it back to me said there’s nothing for you. They don’t offer to sell me a radio or even look for sure if the radio Was under warranty! Some people’s customer service skills just aren’t there! I’ve worked on every single Milwaukee Milwaukee electric building in Milwaukee as a construction worker.. Not that it matters, but maybe do better!!

Bought the 3 blade set #49-25-1133 for oscillating tool and used it to rip out a window sill. One of the blades snapped, the other one lost 1/3 of the teeth. I paid premium price expecting a durable product. During the job, I switched to some cheap ones from online cost 1/5th the price and didn't have a problem. I emailed Milwaukee home office customer service and they never replied.

Junk tools bought drill and impact kit have not opened for a couple months When I did both 1.5 lithium batteries were garbage… total Dewalt only from now on

I absolutely despise this repair center. They have the most rude, condescending, and flat out awful people working behind the desk. I love milwaukee tool but cannot stand their service.
