One mover complained the entire time about how he only makes 15 dollars an hour and has to pay taxes out of that. They dropped my washer down my basement stairs and now it doesn't work. Dropped my mattress in the mud and also slid my glider through there truck on its face. Had to cancel the rest of the move and was still charged $1,347. Had to rent my own moving truck and finish the move on my own. I am now disputing the charge with the credit card company. To top it off they charged me three times the quoted price.

I wish I could give -1 stars, any good reviews has to be from the owner doing! They are so unprofessional, they lie, and they blocked me after stating they would cover the damages their men caused, broke 2 out of three Televisions and the 1 and only bed set I had. I had just lost every thing in a fire 5/31 brought a few things to feel some what comfortable in my temporary housing’s purchased a home in august hired them to move the things that couldn’t fit in my car and the broke 99 percent of everything! When time allow I will be getting a lawyer to take this place down not just for me but for the many of customers they have scammed with false information upon and after hiring them to move! They had no equipment whatsoever and this is why so many damages happens!

UPDATE! I REQUESTED A REFUND OF MY $200 DEPOSIT BACK, IN WHICH I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED! I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back! DO NOT BOOK!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! They never showed for my move which was 1-4, 2 hours. i didn’t receive a courtesy call to me aware of them being behind. i had to call, which you get no answer. they called at 5:30pm asking if i wanted to reschedule. ABSOLUTELY NOT! i had to move my own belongings. then only offered at 5% discount!

I had two movers come in and basically seen I was female by myself and tried to completely take advantage of the situation. When they pulled up both of them took a 20 minute bathroom break. I had a 10x10 storage with 2 mattresses, 2 dressers, a table, and 2 bed frames. The operator told me it should take less that two hours to clear. The company charges $140 a hour after their two hour minimum and the movers were acting high and lazy. I was moving things out the storage faster than the "speedy movers" so I could stay in my two hour minimum after seeing that they weren’t following instructions I had to eventually hire two family members who did more work than the "speedy movers" I hired. The speedy movers were just trying to run up the clock they didn’t follow instructions. The movers broke my furniture and the operator told me he would email me a link to claims and NEVER did. I wouldn’t recommend this company they are false advertisers and scammers. With the two hour minimum + 140 a hour they are basically robbing people with the service and the quality of workers they provided. $400 on two useless workers who I did more work than. 0/10

The movers at SpeedyMen Moving, were very efficient and friendly! They offered a fair price and worked very carefully. They were able to move even our heaviest and most delicate items and finished even faster than the estimated time. Thank you guys. for doing a wonderful job. kudos !!!

The movers did the job of "moving". But were very unprofessional. For ex. Book cases in one room and shelves in the other....did not bring moving blankets until I insisted. They had no straps to easily and comfortably lift the beds. Overall chaotic. But they worked hard. I was told they had the tools for assembly/disassembly. However, they did not come equipped with any tools. One of them brought a Paint Can opener to use as screw driver to use it as a screw driver, Ridiculous!!! The good side, I was kept informed. Good communication. The movers were calm.

I have never left a bad review on any company before. 100% do NOT throw your money away hiring this company. I used them to unload a uhaul, they did not arrive at the scheduled time. I confirmed my time window multiple times with the company and yet they did not respect it. The movers were kind, but they did damage my furniture and leave a hole in the wall. After calling 3 times and leaving voicemails, I finally got through to someone to ask how to file a claim. I sent the claim in with no confirmation or response. I called again a few days later and they said on Wednesday (today) they would call me back with a claim’s specialist. No call back, no response. I called them today and was told to call instead tomorrow. At this point, I wish I hired someone off Craigslist. It’s as if they think I’m just going to forget about the damages and the claim if they just don’t get back to me. Terrible customer service.
